Ismael lied and said rest room not working
I purchased a meatball sub through Dashdash. The sub had no meatballs. Just sauce and cheese. I?m trying to understand how... something like this happens. Straight bogus and unprofessional. Always a good place to go for quick sub or salad of your choice ????
I get subway maybe 2 times a week during my lunch because I can order ahead. I usually never have a problem with my order... because its on the app. Yesterday, I had a big issue with my order. There were no tomatoes, cheese or anything I customized inmy salad except the dressing and onions. I couldn't even rate the order in the app. Then when I go to do a survey, they ask forall this unnecessary information that I didn't have because I didn't get a physical receipt. Also... the area is sorta hood. Imnot going to lie, every time I pick up my lunch, I get cat called by people who seem to just be chilling on the side walk. Itsuncomfortable for a single woman to be hollered at multiple times every time I go here. Just something to keep in mind but Idoubt Subway has any control of that. Read more

I ordered a tuna wrap through door dash at this location on April 2 2021. They made me a wrap with no tuna and only the veggies... I requested... if they were out of tuna they could have told me instead of charging me for something and then giving mesomething else. Read more

I've placed orders with the store several times through DoorDash and repeatedly gotten the wrong order. Once, I ordered a Subway... club twice in the same day and I got some kind of sandwich with a chicken mixture on it - both times. Today I ordered a Subwayclub, and asked for extra bacon, and I got a sub with turkey and roast beef - absolutely no ham or bacon at all. Read more
