It's a subway on the other side of downtown Raleigh Fayetteville st. Now at first the guy told me I I could only pick a specific... sub when I clearly had a coupon buy ANY FOOTLONG and get the Second FREE, I had just from the first subway on Fayetteville st.They did it but I didn't like his attitude but this one I just knew I would have the same problem but his co-worker a littleshort lady she was an angel she is the reason I'm giving her subway 5 ???? thank you! The tomatoes in the tray that is there for all to see had mold on them. I pointed it out to the one guy that was working there,... he went to the back, got another tray of tomatoes and opened it up in front of me. They ALSO had mold on them. If you don't havethe sense enough to 1) check to make sure the product you are displaying and selling to customers is presentable and edible and2) check the backup product prior to presenting it to the customer that pointed out how your other product wasn't acceptable,then I just cannot trust you to prepare my food. The cashier needs to learn how to use the scanner for payments and coupon codes. I didn't have any cash on me and she didn't... know how do whatever on the register to allow me to pay by scanning my phone. NOT TO MENTION she did not want to scan and/orhonor my 15% off coupon. It just leads me to believe that the franchise places feel like their losing something by givingdiscounts but clearly they're losing more. They're losing me as a customer. The guy who's there all the time is extremely stingy with everything. I understand every franchise is independently owned but... 6-7 slices of ham? That's too little. I travel back and forth from NC to GA, in every subway I've visited I've never seensomeone lose customers because they're being nitpicky about pennies. If you do order from here do so from door dash, if hedoesn't do your order correctly report it and get a refund. Especially when you pick a pro sub and he still puts in less thanthe regular amount of meat. Read more

First off, the man behind the counter was beyond respectful to every single person there. Even to the dude who was on his phone... the entire time he was placing his order. He was quick and went about my order to the tee. He smiled and was beyond humble. Theman was a machine. I asked him where he was from and he said with a happy tone "Egypt!". When I read these reviews whichdegrade this first generation immigrant, it makes me sad. We need to be more welcoming and understanding of what this man andhis family are going through. Btw. I got one of the simplest things on the menu. Meatball marinara. It slapped. He even offeredme extra sauce without me even asking. Don't listen to these people dramatizing their experiences here.
