Ordered curbside and waited and waited and waited. 20mins later, I have moved from beside to in front of the curbside side; just... in case they couldn't see me; blocking traffic by the way; even tried calling them, but no answer and still no orderreceived......so I have to go in to pick up my order which defeats the whole purpose of ordering curbside in the first place.And they weren't busy either there was only one person inside there and he had just walked in right before I did......not happyat all. Worst Subway ever.I would give 0 stars if I could. I have Ordered a rotisserie chicken sandwich online multiple times. When I... got the sandwich it was the grilled chicken.. so this time I ordered I wrote a note saying please Make sure you put rotisseriechicken in the sandwich not the grilled. I get a phone call from someone who barely speaks English saying that the rotisseriechicken is extra money and she will have to build my sandwich with grilled. I don?t want the grilled I want the rotisserie likeI ordered. So I get a call saying that it?s extra money for the rotisserie chicken. I said that?s ok I?ll just pay thedifference. She said she couldn?t do that because I had already paid? she made the sandwich with grilled chicken. That is notthe sandwich that the app let me build and pay for. So I paid for a sandwich that I didn?t even want and since I paid online shesaid there was nothing she could do. How can the app let me build and pay for a sandwich but this store sells certain chickenfor more money?? Anyone else would have just built the sandwich or just let me pay extra money when I got there. This subway isTERRIBLE!!!! I was not treated nicely one person was rude the other was nice so I leave a 2 star review I told her 2 sodas she did not say ok... or any assurance and when I said it again she said rusty I know I can hear and I heard her whisper stupid I dont recomend thissubway. Read more
We were in a hurry, so I downloaded the app to order our meals so we could just run in and grab the food and go. The app is... lacking in toppings for specific sandwiches, that's not on the store, though. However, I ordered my husband's sub with americancheese and there was no cheese on his sub, I ordered mine with several toppings plus salt, pepper, vinegar and mustard, none ofwhich were on my sandwich (the other toppings were). I ordered the meals as combos and selected the drinks and chips. When myhusband went to get the food, they handed him the sandwiches (no cups) and told him to get his own chips. The person behind thecounter had already walked away, so he had to reach over and grab the cups himself. You'd think with 30 minute lead time, theycould have put the order together and had the drinks ready when the customer gets there at the time the pick up was specified,especially since they also offer curbside pick up. I guess if you aren't standing right there to make the sandwiches the way youwant them, you get what they want to give you. It was very disappointing. I have always been a Subway fan, my husband not somuch, so it's not often I get to eat it. This time was a big disappointment. Read more
Admin needs to update staff again, on proper food handling. One particular staff does not consistently change gloves after using... register. Touches everything then handles food with same gloves. Otherwise, everything else great. Please ask her toconsistently follow health guidelines. Read more
The staff are always very nice and quickly get through my order.
