Everything is definitely cooked with care and love. This is my Go-to pasta restaurant. They advertise as a gourmet pasta... establishment (folks, it won't look like that when you walk in, but)... it absolutely is fantastic. Easily, one of their cookscould be a Michelin Starred Chef. Ordered a chicken parm sandwich and a LARGE 16" cheese pizza. It came an hour and forty-five minutes later and luke warm. Ok... maybe they got backed up, I can cope with that. Then I opened the pizza (see picture, that's a LARGE 16" box for sure, but thepizza is 13"). I've ordered from them before, always tipped my driver, paid their delivery fee, but this is too much. This was my first time to this establishment. The service was good and the food tasty. Being from the NY/NJ area I a very picky... with my pizza and Italian food. I got the pear walnut salad and a pepperoni and cheese Stromboli. Read more
I live Italian food and missing NY style foodies. Found this gem out of nowhere while driving. Why I never heard of his place... since being in this city for 5 yrs? Not the best atmosphere but who cares if the food is fantastic? Best restaurants carry thebest sauce. This is one of them. Stromboli is their specialty and so delish! If you're in the mood for homemade taste this is the place to be. Great flavors. I had the cheesy garlic bread just the right... amount of garlic, butter and cheese mouthwatering. Also i had avocado and grilled chicken the kind that has been in wood fireoven chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette. If you want home cook taste and not chain Restaurant visit Stromboli. Read more
This was our first time here and the food was decent. We ordered calamari for appetizer and that came out pretty fast which is... good. They were lightly fried and looked good but they seemed fishy to me. We also ordered the vegetarian pizza and that had agood taste just a little soggy. Overall it was good. Five stars for a great balance of affordability, value & quality. It's not going for the super fancy experience (counter... ordering only) but it's also not a dive either, with very nice and clean decor that screams a flavor of local and authentic. Theservice is always friendly, helpful & attentive. It does seem as if they actually care if you have a good experience and thatthe food is tasty. Dining in is recommended to get the full fresh flavor. Would be good for casual business meetings, PTA groupdining out, casual date night, etc. The sauce is really tasty, made fresh & yes affordable. Price points are about $10-$15 forpastas; about $9-$20 for pizzas. That is actually cheaper than Olive Garden & much much better quality. Read more
