Watched the cook handle raw meat and go directly to the prep station and dig in the lettuce and tomatoes with the same gloves.... gave me an attitude when I asked if they normally handle raw meat and prepared food. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND REQUESTED AREFUND - MANAGER STATED THAT HE COULD NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE REFUND (?) of course refund never happened, they stole my$$. I worked there for awhile the boss was very rude to me cussed me out for putting oil in the fryer. He is cheap on paying people... that work there. They also have roach problems. The worker took the roach out of the sauce and put the sauce back to feed thecustomers also have mice roaming around. The drink machine does not get cleaned very well. Their service is pretty bad honestly. I ordered their ?shareable size? fries and he told me I had to pay for 2 smalls because... they changed their prices. Food looks nothing like the pictures, and it didn?t taste good, I got next to no meat on my sandwich.They overpriced too, spent 20 dollars and only got a small fry, small grilled chicken sandwich and 2 drinks. I ordered my food at 11 AM then revived my food around 11:45 all I ordered was a steak sandwich and fries and they told me it... would take 30 minutes for the fries to be cooked why open a restaurant but not have things ready to serve. My fiancé was hungryand why didn?t even get a good sandwich because it had a really weird after taste also the once the fries were cooked theydidn?t even have salt just dry and flavorless and we paid $15. I recently went to this location to get an amazing sandwich with some fries the last time I had come to this location was about... a year ago and there was two people working a guy and a girl I believe they were a couple they were the nicest people I haveever met I believe the guy had a beard and the girl had blue hair. They were so nice and their customer service was top notchthe food was absolutely delicious we will go there almost every day and they would greet us with their big smiles unfortunatelywe had to move so we stopped going for a while. We recently returned to this location and unfortunately the very kind couplewere gone and no longer working there. There was another crew and there was a lady working the register. There was somethingwrong with her arm. She kept complaining about it to me when all I wanted was my change back she kept telling me her hand sweatsand that really grossed me out. When she finally gave me my money I kindly asked for hand sanitizer and she refused. I said okayand walked to the place next door and got some. I ordered a combo witch cost almost $11!!! For a 6inch fries and drink! The guythat was making my sandwich was sooooo dirty. He looked as if he hadn?t showered in a year!!! He kinda smelled bad too. Whencooking my sandwich his stomach had touched my food and I pointed it out and asked if he could remake it. He damnded that thefood was okay and there was nothing wrong with it and gave it to me anyways. After being completely disgusted with them I walkedaway to take my food to my table and as I was sitting down I realized I didn?t get my fries so when I went back to get my friesI was talking to the lady and she said she gave them to me but I know she didn?t. BEWARE!!! I went to this location over the weekend with a friend. The young boy working the register was clueless about customer... service. I placed our order. He gave me the total. Unfortunately I only had a $100 bill but not enough smaller bills. Heaccepted and started to give me my change when the horrible manager comes running over to ask "what did they give you ". The boytold him $100! He started huffing and puffing but gave me my change after pushing the boy aside. We patiently waited for ourCOMBO! The cook kindly gave us our sandwiches but said it would be a few moments on the fries; no problem. Once again the youngboy walks over and sits two bags down between myself and another random patron and said nothing. The lady asked if it was herorder, to which he said nothing so she started to dig around in the bag only to discover it was our fries. I advised him that weneeded fresh fries as some random person had her hands in our bags (not really her fault though). Again the horrible managercomes over angry to say I will give you back $2.00 for the fries and literally handed me a mere $2.00 from me ordering twocombos! When I told him how could he claim that the fries were $1.00 each. He refused to give us the fries that came with ourcombo. We wanted combos PERIOD! The staff closes up to an hour earlier and find excuses to justify it, while the other business are still going and Packed full... ... the food is good nothing to go crazy about it but I?m not going there again. Read more
I don?t know what their ?chicken? is I?m pretty sure it?s Chicken Steak Umm. The barely used two pieces for my sandwich and it... was full of chewy bits that were disgusting. The bread was AWFUL and they barely filled the sandwich. The lemonade wasoverpriced and tasted like sugar water with a tiny hint of lemon (they only have one size and it?s small and almost $3) Thefries were ok but very small for the price. I have to say I used to eat there and their food was much better a few years ago.Avoid this place at all costs as I got really sick after eating here and it was way overpriced. Read more
