I ordered a grande Americano with oat milk, and I got a grande Americano with oat milk. What more can you ask for? The coffee... tastes consistently similar and familiar to other airport Starbucks locations. The wait time was a typical duration that anyreasonable, patient person would expect from a busy, centrally located Starbucks in an international airport. I am a casualty ofthe post-pandemic flight cancellations, and therefore I ended up spending over 12 hours at RDU. With this abundance of freetime, I walked the entire length of the airport and perused all of the businesses. Having ordered at both Starbucks locations inRDU, I can only conclude that the abundance of negative reviews for this particular Starbucks that is located directly below thesecurity clearance area must be from entirely unempathic individuals with overly high expectations for their beverage. This isthe most highly trafficked Starbucks in the airport, which is immediately obvious and easily observable to anyone withfunctioning eyes because it has an extremely long line area sectioned off before the cashier. It also appears to be chronicallyunderstaffed - with one girl at the cash, and only three barista's making drinks for an endless line of customers. Adjust yourexpectations, and if you're short on time; take a quick walk to the other end of the terminal because the second Starbuckslocated at the end of Terminal 2 has a much shorter wait time on average. I ordered a white mocha cold brew and instead got a blueberry mocha cold brew. The girl didn?t seemed to care and just rolled... her eyes. I usually get Starbucks every day and it was disheartening to get such a rude attitude. Personally wouldn?t recommend. Read more

Probably faster to walk to one of the other Starbucks than wait here. Line was long, service was terrible. Destiny is a horrible... cashier, more concerned with gossip and counting tips than taking customer orders. Read more
