I waited over 20 minutes for an online order. I watched someone finally start my order and walked away and never returned.... Someone new came up an asked what I was waiting for. Thankfully she finished where the girl left and never returned. But I paid$8 for hot coffee to be handed to be cold. Not even warm. Just disappointing since they have increased prices. Read more
Employees are nice and the drinks are made good but this place is always either closing early or their drive thru is closed.... Happens more than often. I?ve never seen a Starbucks/business do this. Read more
I REALLY love this Starbucks. Trevor Graham is the sweetest and funniest guy that works the drive thru window!!! This location is so convenient. I usually do mobile orders and go inside and pick it up. My order is always ready and waiting... for me on the counter. I've gone inside and ordered a couple of times and had an equally positive experience. I even asked for asuper complicated drink and they were so kind and helpful. I've never used the drive thru because it's always super long, butgoing inside is so quick and easy! Read more
I got several great caramel foam cold brews back in December but now I?ve had more bad experiences than good. They have been... majorly skimping on the foam. I haven?t gotten any on it some times even though I pay extra for the cream. If I wanted a carameliced coffee I?d order one. Today I ordered extra foam to make sure that I actually got what I wanted and there?s barelyanything. It makes me really upset when I ask for something get charged for it and don?t get it. ???? Im at the Starbucks on Wake Forest Rd it's a really big very nice store. Customer's can come in to order but can't sit inside.... But they have patio sitting outside. They also have a speedy drive-thru. I'm enjoying my coffee on the patio. Read more
I walked in on Sunday their system was down the young guy with the long hair said you have to have an app other than that I... can't help you .
