Crabtre mall location. Why does it take 20 min for a basic drink and no other customers. This is the second time I've come with... no one in here but 4 employees and it takes way to long. I can go down the street and be back with my drink in less time. I'lljust start going to Gloria's. Read more

This Sbux is always extremely busy, but they get through the line FAST & correct. I love the set up of it as well. Even though... it is in the mall it is huge and it has seating inside the actual store, right outside of the store in the mall in a littlegated area with a table and comfy couches as well as outside of the gate with umbrellas/chairs, and back near the bathroomsthere is a door to outside of the mall with umbrellas and chairs actually outside. So fast, plenty of room to sit, and kindemployees - definitely the reason for it being so busy! :) Read more
It's always insanely busy here but understaffed. Online orders can take up to 30 minutes or more. It's a bit ridiculous,... considering the volume of the store to have so few staff. I work in the mall and sometimes am only on a 15 minute break so Iorder far ahead of time for that reason. Not to mention my drink is often made incorrectly (iced when supposed to be hot andvice versa) and instructions are ignored. I genuinely just think they need more help there. Or better management. This the worst place for buy a coffee! I was busy today also I saw lot employees working too? I was order skinny vanilla latte... wit almond milk small size! And I saw the made first the drinks to the people the order after me. I told one the employees and,she?s told me we have lot orders we tray do fast we can. But I told her way do you made the order the people it was behind me?She?s I?m sorry we tray best we can! I was sitting I?m keep seeing how people still order coffee and the have they drinks beforeme ! I was very upset I ask for my money back and they told me one employee I will do that now for you! Went here with my sister after we had a dinner. We wanted something sweet lol. I see all these reviews and it makes me laugh... because the people working there we?re actually very nice and attentive and made my drinks exactly how we wanted. The lady whotook my order literally made me happy. Everyone was social distanced and the store was very clean. I see reviews talking aboutthe store being packed but let me tell you this. It?s in a mall and it?s busy and people don?t listen to the employees. Peopledon?t listen to social distancing rules so you can?t blame the employees for people who don?t listen. Anyways 5/5 customerservice :) Also, if it?s busy it?s obviously going to take longer. But my service was fast with like four people ahead of me. Read more
Went here to spend some time waiting for the flight to get closer. The service I experienced was awesome - very friendly and... helpful, even with many people around. It's also a great place to sit around with the laptop. WiFi works great, music is chill,loud enough that you don't really hear other groups of people talking, but still not too loud. I'd definitely visit again. Read more
We have been to this Starbucks location a few times at the mall. They are always so quick with the orders. We usually do a... mobile order and by the time we arrive, they are ready. The baristas are friendly and make the best drinks! The order is alwayscorrect and the perfect temperature! Read more
