Look..I know people make mistakes. I?ve been in the service industry my parents own a coffee shop being a barista is stressful.... I am totally fine if someone makes a mistake or if there is a miscommunication. It happens! What I am not fine with is adisrespectful attitude, huffing and puffing rolling your eyes over having to do your job and just overall unacceptable behavior.If I was the manager of this place I would be furious if I saw the way that barista was treating me when I asked my drink to bere made. Respectful staff, always super clean, plenty of good seating available outside and in, and an excellent place for oat milk... latte. An absolute 5. Enjoyed spending the last phase of my PhD at this warm and welcoming place. Grateful to the baristas,cashiers and especially shift supervisors. Read more
Great patio and modern design. This is a nice upgrade for Starbucks in the Village District.
What a beautiful roof top space! ???? This is a great place to work or meet friends or students since the inside is not open.
Great location and plenty of seating inside and out. As always, I really wish they had more gluten-free options... But for a... Starbucks, this is a five-star location! Right in the center of Cameron village, you can park here grab a coffee and hit theshops! They have an outdoor patio overlooking the mall, lots of benches, chairs, umbrellas and pretty foliage - always good formeetings. They have two clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff, very clean, and great service. All the employees were wearing masks and the tables were marked out for... social distancing. All of the patrons were wearing masks and it wasn't super busy. They had a special line at the front of thestore for online orders and a line at the back for ordering in person. In my opinion, the best Starbucks in all of Raleigh. Located in the charming Cameron Village Shopping Center in a remodeled... former bank space that sat idle for years. Quite contemporary and spacious with a ginormous wrap around deck with outdoorseating which overlooks all the bustle of Cameron Village with the Raleigh skyline in the background. The entire staff is bothincredibly knowledgable and always warm and friendly. I always walk out the door with a smile on my face. When busy, and they'reoften busy, parking can get a bit tight. Also, this location does not offer drive-thru service. My only real issue....theinterior stays entirely too chilly...although I've been assured by management that there is a heating issue that they are tryingto remedy. Also a fun place to sit and people watch...they draw a very eclectic mix of Raleigh folks. Cannot say enough goodthings. Read more
Everything is great here, except parking can be a little hairy. Not enough parking and no drive thru.
