This is my least favorite location but the most convenient for me (have been driving out of my way to get to a better location)... the team is always so rude they don't know how to work together there a few rats of sunshine and I hope they forgive me forforgetting names and lumping them in with the rest of the team.this store could benefit from more training. The two working 7/1 around 6pm RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!!!! They treated the woman in front of me like she was bothering them when... she had held her phone up to them, and then they acted the same way with me! They were rude and acted like I was bothering themwhen I ordered two drinks. I had also ordered a cake pop and lemon cake and I was sitting and waiting for the bakery items at atable with the drinks, and after a few minutes, I see that they just left it on the counter where the drinks usually go and didnot call out or say anything. (I guess their closing duties were more important?) So rude, I was not rude back or anything, Ijust took the items and left because they clearly made me (and the woman in front of me) NOT WELCOME. I get it, I work in theservice industry but I have never treated someone like they are not welcome at my place of work because it is my job! I am beingpaid to do it! If they are so bothered by being asked to do their jobs, they should clearly be in a different line of work. Ionly write negative reviews when I feel like it is important to let others know what to expect when they walk in somewhere. Willtry to avoid coming back here if I recognize those workers and pretty much overall. I?ve had good experiences at variousStarbucks locations but this was my first WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I am actually quite upset because I?m not rude, I?m notdemanding. I asked if they had the lemon loaf and said if they did not, it was fine!!! So, BOTH of their attitudes werecompletely uncalled for. Ordered a coffee via the mobile app which I do quite frequently. Came in at the specified time and it wasn?t ready. After... waiting about 10 minutes longer, I asked after the coffee and without asking for my name one of the baristas said they were?working on it.? I waited about 5 more minutes before leaving the store without my order. Multiple walk-in customers ordered andleft with their drinks while I waited, so I would?ve been better off just standing in line if I wanted my coffee. I contactedcustomer service for a full refund and got it, but I won?t be patronizing this location again. Read more
