Always a busy place but I always love going to different Starbucks in town and see how unique each coffee shop is different.

I was the second person in line with someone behind me. All I ordered was an ice coffee black, so tell me why the person after... me with a more complicated order got served first. Then after waiting some additional time, they actually asked me if I waswaiting for an order! Mind you it took them 10 seconds to poor the cup after that. 10 minutes for an ice coffee total! Horrible customer service. Longest wait for an ice coffee. I saw the barista lie to an elderly man about not having whipped... cream just because he was lazy. I guess after COVID anyone can get hired anywhere . Read more

Hi everyone may want to pay close attention my order is always the same everyday that I come.to Starbucks never changes but my... price does constantly at this store and the ones on six forks and fall of the nuese on Raleigh NC I have made corporate aware ofthis since we opened back up after the covid shutdown but nothing changes But the prices daily I try to tell the people on thestore but no one cares My app shows me my receipts and it shows same order different prices and different stores doing this inthe area for over a year now. Coffees ok, and the lunches are fine, the cake pops dont impress me. I'm not much of a sugar guy either.

Very inconsistent making drinks. Cold foam is smooth (how it should be) 40% of the time. The remaining 60% of the time it looks... more like whipped eggs, and they barely put any in the drink. They also don't read labels on the drinks that well, half the timeputting incorrect ingredients in drinks. Many baristas at this location could use more supervised training, while a very selectfew are pretty good. There is also one girl that works the drive-thru window who always seems in a bad mood, never smiling andseems annoyed when asked for things. Other locations around are more consistent making drinks and have less annoyedemployees. Finally, Starbucks could benefit strongly from following Chick-fil-A's drive-thru and parking model to remedyparking lot nightmares at their drive-thru locations (which they should see pretty easily since many of their locations are nearChick-fil-A --- anyone ever notice this? ????). I came to this location originally because they are always so quick! Today I went in, got my coffee, quickly of course, walked... outside got in my car, and spilled my coffee literally everywhere. So what did I do? I walked back in to get another coffeefully expecting to just laugh, say I spilled it and pay for another! But the kind barista said ?this one?s on us.? SO KIND.Instead of a bad start to the day, it was a reminder that there are people who do kind acts of service out there. Wish I knewthe persons name who helped me but, thank you again! Read more
