Every Starbucks we went in for coffee was the same. Lots of staff running round but only 1 staff making drinks - not that i mind... waiting but when the order is wrong and you have to wait longer - it got a bit annoying. And if you take sugar - you have to askfor it, along with napkins and stirring sticks - ended up using straws to stir my coffee. I only once asked for a snowman cookie(as advertised) and they did not have any. Cleanliness was also questionable - bins not emptied, coffee spills not wiped - kindaputs you off a bit. Read more

It is hard to stand at the counter and be ignored by two employees having a personal conversation. When I finally ordered this... employee was put out because I needed a bag of coffee ground. A lot of eye rolling. They had at least 5 people working. This ismy neighborhood Starbucks. Read more
