The order took a long time to come out at least 20 minutes. Would have been nice to have the drinks while we waited on the food.... Server was pleasant. Read more
Food was ok. I did wait in the drive thur for awhile. I?m not surewhy they gave me a burger with grease on my bun?
Aside from getting my order wrong, the bun was covered in mold. It was so obvious I can only assume it was intentional, but as I... was polite and made an easy order I cant imagine why... maybe the workers were having a bad day. Needless to say do NOT eathere. Read more
They are really struggling to be ?fast? food lately. With one car hop working at lunch time, expect wait times to be in excess... of 20 minutes. Even when the screen changes to ?on the way? it can still be another 5 minutes before they show up at your car.Such a shame as Sonic is a favorite of mine since the 90s and love the limeades and slushies especially but they are not worth30 minutes of waiting. This place always takes a long time and this last time they got my order wrong. I asked for a coke, double bacon cheese burger... no pickles no onions. They gave me a sweet tea, I'm not a fan of sweet tea, and they put pickles, onions, and no bacon. Forsomeone that hates pickles and onions on his burger, this is horrible. I live 2 mins away got 2 burgers & 2 cheese tots...we were the only ones in drive thru & so there was no wait & when we got home... the food was ice cold. The ONLY good thing that came out of the order was the 2 sodas???????????? NOT a fan at all...edit reviewI gave it a second chance all I ordered was cheese tots with extra cheese & this is what I got. Pulled up to the window & its abunch of kids messing around!!! Unexceptional they were busy except for playing around behind the window. I'm NEVER comingback...what a disappointment!!! Read more
Their Customer Service here is really good! I ordered 4 conies on Uber Eats but when I only recieved two I gave them a call and... they fixed up another two for me at no charge! Soks was a great dude and really helped out! If you have a problem with yourorder they'll fix it for you. Read more
