I?ve been here three times in the last 45 days and each time there?s only one person working and several people waiting, and... phone orders already placed. As they have a sign on the door that says ?experiencing staff shortages? it?s hard to believe thatthe owner himself wouldn?t be there assisting the poor employee that?s left alone. Obviously there?s no leadership or correctmanagement in place at this location. Their employee turnover is a revolving door?perhaps if they paid competitive wages or evenpaid above market, to get and keep dedicated employees, so the business would be running smoothly, they wouldn?t get reviewssuch as this. I don't wanna talk bad about smoothie king I've been a loyal customer for about 10 years and I've gotten the exact same smoothie... every single time and never had a bad experience but this location was nothing but bad didn't feel welcomed the 2 woman thatwere working there today 9/7/22 acted like they just didn't wanna be there didn't listen to what I was trying to say I told themwhat I wanted and it was still wrong and they just wanted to argue maybe they were just having a bad day idk Read more

I've patronized this location several times over the past 2 years. My favorite thing about it is being able to order my smoothie... on the app during my workout cool down, then walk over to pick it up on my way out. The past few times, it has taken well pastthe time they say it will be ready. Today was by far the worst. The TM usually put the finished smoothies for pick up in a trayby the door. I stood at the entrance a good 15 minutes AFTER the time my order said it could be picked up and watched severalpeople walk in to order and take theirs to go. None of the TM acknowledged me watching them. I had to finally walk up and askabout my order. Apparently, they are kept behind the counter now and you have to ask for it. I understand the change, I do. Butat least put up a sign so I know to ask or have your TM acknowledge those waiting. The TM working today didn't seem to care atall. They didn't seem have any initiative or interest in anything. The crew I usually see working gives the best service. Notthe 2 working today. Read more

Location does not give accurate hours of operation. The store hours state that they open at 7am. I figured after my workout I... would get a smoothie at 8. The store still wasn?t open. So I figured they?d open at 8:30. I waited around until 9 and they stillweren?t open Read more

Walked in 40 min before they close tonight and three women were working and one lady said out loud "it never ends". I replied... back saying sorry.... thinking to myself,. Sorry I'm here to give you business that helps pay you??????? They were very rude,not interested and clearly we walked out. Let me remind you this is North Hills shopping center known to have class,respectfulness and good service. Guess smoothie king has lowered their standards. Read more

It's a small space inside the gym fitness connection. Most of the ingredients are fresh unless they are out of season in which... case it comes frozen. There's no seating inside. Employees are friendly. Read more
