As a crew member that works in the airport all day every day, it would be nice to encounter friendly airport employees. We are... limited on time as they know. The manager - older balding guy - would not take the time out to take my order at cashier station.He just kept saying use kiosk but the kiosk doesn?t allow them to enter in airport discount for crewmembers. He new this butdidn?t care. He spent more time avoiding looking at me when he could?ve just taken two seconds out his day to ring me up. Afterall managers can perform routine tasks even if their intended cashier is not at work. It?s the holidays, he could be nicer.This lets me know he simply doesn?t value my dollar and isn?t setting a positive tone for his team members to follow. Fried chicken was very Bad, seemed too old and dry and barely edible, fries and Biscuit were ok, if u charge twice of wat the... prices are in the city, at least serve fresh food. People who want the privilege of paying twice the amount to eat stale food,this is a place for u Read more

Terrible service here. Employee had an attitude when I politely told her my order was wrong. Then they gave me ANOTHER wrong... order. Almost seemed like she did this on purpose. I have worked in customer service for years and it's disappointing when youhave to interact with someone like this. Do better. This was my very first time eating from Popeyes. I was able to walk right up and place my order. An employee who was extremely... friendly and helpful to those of us in the dining area. I ordered the chicken tenders combo. The biscuit was delicious anddefinitely not dry. The tenders were actually tender and well seasoned. Mashed potatoes and heavy had a flavor that I'm notfamiliar with, but I really liked it. The only issue was the drink machine. I pushed the lever for ginger ale, but a dark colordrink came out. The chicken was juicy and hot, the fries were expertly seasoned, the biscuit tender and flakey. This airport location cooked ourfood with upmost expedience, and produced two 5-piece chicken combo meals in not much more than a three minute wait. I barelyhad time to contemplate what soft drink to procure, before my meals were laid out before my very eyes. Prices are extremelyreasonable, and a generous two sauces of choice came with the chicken tender meal There is a seating area adjacent to theordering desk with your choice of either spacious booths that face the interior of the airport, or stools overlooking abeautiful, unobstructed view of the airport tarmack. Not only does this location embody what I would expect from any regular Popeyes that is not located in an airport, but they go... above and beyond to serve customer ensuring that waits are not too long as to cause delays in passengers making it to flights. One thing that sets this location apart as well is there breakfast offerings or early morning flights, I was pleasantlysurprised to see them open for breakfast and enjoyed my meal that was very reasonably priced as well, the workers at thislocation also make sure that the rest of the sitting area is kept clean and stocked!
