We came to eat in. The staff were awful. They literally took our order and did nothing but stand there and talk/play on their... phones. My grandmother and I had to go wait at the front and only then did they start. No teamwork or communication werehappening and they just seemed lost and like they weren?t here. The food was okay?but the service made it not worth going.Grandmother?s chicken was over cooked and she was the least happy of us all. Food was fine, but I drove 30 mins to come to this location because I called to reserve a turkey, was told one was left, told... them my name and the time of arrival. They said they would hold it for me. Arrived at the store at the time I said I would andwas told the turkey had been sold. I stopped calling around when they said they would hold it for me. I love Popeyes chicken (mild) it's always hot it's so good. I don't mind waiting in line cause it's worth the wait. The tea is... delicious too. The employees are so kind at the Fayetteville Rd location and the New Bern Ave location I love patronizing atboth stores. A 2 piece white meat 1 side and biscuit with a large tea was $9.20 total worth the money. Read more

This location is somewhat Hit or Miss as far as quality goes. Sometimes it's perfect and absolutely delicious and other times... chicken is dry and things like the macaroni and cheese a soupy and funny. When it's good it's great and when it's not it's not. Read more
I've noticed they have a lot of flies inside and out at this location. It's a hit or miss for the wait time. It isn't as bad as... the first time we tried Popeyes in Georgia or Tennessee. We waited over an hour to order and it was only drive thru. Food herewas hot and crispy and inside is open. Parking lot is in need of repair, instead they filled the holes with gravel. I hardly, ???? I've never given such a low review. Popeyes in Garner off 401 was an extremely bad experience. It was the night... crew on Thursday 12-08-2022 at or around 830pm. Service was horribly slow. Food wasn't prepared properly and had to take it backtwice. Felt like everyone who worked there that I came in contact with had an attitude problem. Unfortunately this location isthe only one close to me. I wouldn't recommend going to this location, at least not at night. Read more
