The pizzas are hand crafted with a limited selection. I wouldn't really consider the menu kid friendly in terms of cost/choices.... The food itself was delicious. The service was average. I found that we struggled getting the attention of staff because theywere talking amongst themselves at the register. The location is walking distance from Red Hat, so maybe a good spot to grab abite before a concert. Read more

Came here on a Saturday night for dinner. Very cool ambience, you really feel like you are at the pool and about to eat... delicious pizza. The pizza itself was good but very thin slices. If that’s your jam then you’ll like it. I prefer thickercrusts. Good selection of drinks and a decent appetizer selection. The great service would make me come back, very nice andattentive staff. There's a certain 'vintage aesthetic' that, regardless of how visually cute it is, isn't welcoming and this place has those... vibes. IYKYK But, if you can get past that the food is wonderful. The Rigatoni Bolognese didn't have the acidity I've noticed inmany of the meat sauces of Triangle restaurants, however, the portion was much smaller than I expected for $19. If, like me,you've never had Panna Cotta ( jiggle warning ) it's like a cross between jello and yogurt. The hazelnut was a great complementand added the right amount of crunch/texture. I didn't touch the strawberry slices. The Margherita was $16 and was pretty muchwhat you would expect. The Sausage alla Vodka was $18. Read more

The food was delicious, presentation was exceptional, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. We had the macaroni and... calamari starters, the margherita and pepperoni pizzas, the banana panacotta and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Every bite wasa delight! Not a single dish missed in my opinion. To top it off, our server, Maddy, was one of the most pleasant, friendly, and fun servers I've ever had. It made an already-great experience even better! Just the meal I needed during a day of music. Conveniently located to the Red Hat Amphitheater, Poole'side Pies excels at... service, taste, and decor. The restaurant is themed like a pool, with subtle details like a 3ft sign at the bar and pool lanetiles. Jackie's service was fantastic. Helping me make decisions on a menu where every item was tempting. The food was great.I had the newest dish a Campanelle with pesto. Magnificent! Read more

Atmosphere was very welcoming and amazing. Service was fast, attentive and accurate. Food was way better than I could have ever... imagined. This is not just a normal pizza shop. They are not afraid to push the boundaries and everyone of them was delicious tothe point we ordered two pizza's to go! I highly advise checking them out for a fun and casual night out with friends! Thepictures are of their margerita pizza, the Dukes pizza, and the summer squash pizza. The fried calamari and potatoes donuts werealso a hit at out table, but went too fast to allow for any pictures. Mixed drinks were also very strong and worth every penny. Read more

We’ve lived in 4 different states and this is easily one of our top 3 pizza places by far. The crust is definitely authentic... and true to the Neapolitan style. They have really delicious options - we did a classic Margherita and a vodka sauce pizza. Wealso had calamari which was perfectly breaded. The pannacotta was one of the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I fought forthe last bite! Definitely will be returning for more date nights and watermelon spritzers. Also important, they have a full bar! Read more
