Where do I start? The staff seemed uncaring about their service, rude and lacking clear information about their dine-in service.... I asked if they offer dine-in, "yes" she says. I order my pizza, wings, and 5 fountain drinks. I asked for cups. The staff saysthere are no cups. I don't know of any Pizza Hut that offers a fountain drink, with no cups. Oh...and the fountain drink machinedidn't work. But for some reason the staff all had cups to drink from. ???? Point is...don't eat here. Save your money. Read more

This location gets worse and worse each visit. I never get greeted when I go in. I understand teenagers dress differently but I... don't want to go in a restaurant and see guys with hoodies on and their pants around their knees then they pull them up from theinside? Not to mention no one was wearing gloves nor washed their hands. The pizza barely had cheese on it. If you own thisestablishment please correct your workers. Received the completely wrong pizza. Tried calling the store location and got hung up on without talking to anyone multiple... times in a row. Terrible service. New management is obviously needed. ?Update? Finally got ahold of the store. They saythey?re out of delivery drivers at 9:15 on a Friday night, and they issued a store credit instead of a refund. Will be callingback tomorrow to speak with the general manager. We don?t want a refund, we don?t want to use Pizza Hut again! Read more

I ordered a big dinner box strictly vegetarian, pineapple peppers and onions. I received a pepperoni and sausage big dinner box... and we can?t eat it. Also didn?t even put sauce for the cinnamon sticks or breadsticks. Currently on hold. Will go to thelocation if they don?t answer. Edit- went to the location understaffed but the lady was very nice and made sure to fix theissues I appreciate the great customer service even when understaffed. Thank you! Read more

*Update* As you can see below Pizza Hut replied to this review asking me to email my info. I emailed them on 6/10/22?haven?t... heard a word. And yes I checked my spam????.* We haven?t had Pizza Hut in a while & now I remember why. I called earlier todayto make a pickup order because for some reason what I wanted wasn?t on the online menu. Anyway I was on hold forever and thenall of a sudden the phone disconnected. Pizza Hut called back! I answered & it was the very same hold music. I never spoke to areal person. How in the world did they call back just to have the hold music playing. After being on hold about 5 more minutesthey disconnected again and did not call back. Needless to say we gave up on getting a pizza from them. Read more

Would give them 0 stars if possible Our pizza was never delivered and no contact was made by Pizza Hut and we could not get... them on the phone when calling for an update. This is regarding the 6429 Glenwood Ave Unit C, Raleigh, NC 27612 location. Thisis the second time they have done this to me. For several years prior they delivered without incident. We never received ourpizza. We tried calling repeatedly but were placed on perpetual automated hold. We even called on a second phone to assure Ihad not dropped to an inactive line. After 40 minutes the phone automatically hangs up. Today was a Thursday and there were nosporting events, etc. The next day I called again and got no answer. This was at 11:10 am. I went to the store to get arefund. They refunded $25.97 even though the amount charged to my card was $31.16. (which I showed them on my banking app, itis also listed as such in the Pizza Hut app). The difference was the 20% tip which they could not refund as it didn't show ontheir ticket. At the store they confirmed my phone number (to find the order) but had no explanation as to why the pizza wasnot delivered. This was after the last time I ordered when it took over 1.5 hours past the estimated delivery date to receivethe pizza. That time I also could not get through to them via phone that time either This original fiasco occurred duringCovid so I figured that was the issue. I was hoping things had gotten better. They have not. Do not order from thisparticular Pizza Hut location. They are terrible. In the app, when you try to complete their contact us function the systemrepeatedly timed out or threw an error message when trying to submit. Also, within the app you cannot select a different storeso this store is the only one available for online orders for me. We ordered two medium pan pizza?s cheese & pepperoni.... This pizza is burnt and it has thin crust. I never had issues with a... Pizza Hut establishment until today... we waited over an hour for the pizza after they made the order wrong the first time. Idon?t understand why you would put this in the box and serve it to anyone.. I just called the ?manager? & asked her politely tofix the cheese pizza correctly.... then she proceeds to say we will not be able to get a new pizza then hangs up the phone. Irefuse to go back to this untrained, unreliable, & highly poor customer service establishment without proper management. For thepast 6 months this place has been getting horrible reviews your ?so called manager? needs to be fired or demoted! Your managerand the cook Jonathan Mills called the police on my boyfriend when he went back to your store for a refund or a better panunburnt cheese pizza...
