I have now had the gluten free crust twice and it?s had a completely burned, black crust each time. I ordered it on GrubHub both... times so I?m not sure if that affected the quality, but they would be great if it didn?t taste like burnt bread and was sodifficult to eat. Read more

I walked into Pieology and wanted to purchase the 2 pizzas for 14.99. I asked if we could get the cauliflower crust on both and... the employee said yes. I got to the register and employee ringing out quotes me $28.50. I asked why and explained. The managerstepped in and said they could not honor the price because of cauliflower crust was not an option for the special. I reiteratedthat the employee at the end informed me we could order the pizza on special with cauliflower crust two for 14.99. In the end Ileft with no pizza. The manager on duty needs training in conflict resolution and how to discuss situations like this withcustomers. My advice to him think long term when making decisions like this. I enjoyed my experience and the pizza was really delicious.
Not sure where to start. I don?t normally write reviews but people need to know that the owner for this establishment was... extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my girlfriend. This was my first time at Pieology, but my gf is frequent here. Shehas been excited for me try their pizza. To begin we were overcharged for our food and when we expressed concerned the ownerdidn?t even apologize. My gf ordered 2 cauliflower pizzas. The first pizza was fine the second was burned. We showed the ownerto which his response was it?s not burned and why are you complaining. We were then told that no one else complained and what dowe want to do about it. We asked if he could make another pizza and from there he became more irritated and aggressive towardsus. In the middle of us waiting for our pizza he told us to get out of the store and that he would be calling the cops if wedidn?t leave immediately. This was completely uncalled for as we weren?t disrespectful and we didn?t raise our voices. Therewere other patrons in the business as well that also expressed how rude he was to them and how well we handled the situation. Wealso did not get all of our food before he locked the door behind us. If this man does this to you, pick up your phone and callthe cops. He?s a bully and does not care about his customers.
