This place needs to work on their customer service skills. Placed an online order today, and the person completing orders and... slicing pizzas was very rude and narcissistic! From what I can tell he may have been a manager, which is very disappointing. IfI could give them zero stars I would. Read more
I have now had the gluten free crust twice and it?s had a completely burned, black crust each time. I ordered it on GrubHub both... times so I?m not sure if that affected the quality, but they would be great if it didn?t taste like burnt bread and was sodifficult to eat. Read more

I walked into Pieology and wanted to purchase the 2 pizzas for 14.99. I asked if we could get the cauliflower crust on both and... the employee said yes. I got to the register and employee ringing out quotes me $28.50. I asked why and explained. The managerstepped in and said they could not honor the price because of cauliflower crust was not an option for the special. I reiteratedthat the employee at the end informed me we could order the pizza on special with cauliflower crust two for 14.99. In the end Ileft with no pizza. The manager on duty needs training in conflict resolution and how to discuss situations like this withcustomers. My advice to him think long term when making decisions like this.
