Unironically, something needs to change with this place. Despite their short store hours (11am-5pm) they still manage to make... the customer experience as inconvenient and confusing as possible. I showed up to grab a soda before my work shift only to berudely told that they?re closed and I need to leave. Mind you it was 3:30pm and there was still an hour and a half til theirscheduled closing time. I understand being short staffed, but it has been like this for two years now. I would rather have itopen for only a few days a week than only three hours a day. Fix the place up or close up shop and let a more competent foodchain use the space properly. Read more
Update: Looks like they updated their hours but it never made it to Google Maps - I have attempted to amend on Google (by... suggesting new hours) but we'll see if it sticks. Hours are M - Sat 11AM - 5PM, Sun 12-6PM. Still a shame this store is onlyopen 6 hours a day (down from 10)... ___________________________________ Store is rarely open. Google / hours on store windowdo not correspond with reality. Have come here 3x between 30 min and 1.5 hours after advertised opening hours and both timesstore was closed. Read more
Sunday 11:30am and still not opened. Beware.
Corporate needs to just go the rest of the way and close this location. A year ago this store was closed the whole day about as... much as it was open. I'm actually surprised mall management allowed it. I guess as long as the rent was being paid, theydidn't care. A month or so ago they opened at 11am (not the 9am as advertised) but had no coffee because according to themanager (I assume), the coffee machine was broken. Then today, again no coffee. According to the same guy as before, they ranout - but the good news is they were supposed to get some supplies later. Read more
LOVE ITTTTTT!!!!!!! You have try the Mac and cheese with bacon on it and have to try sooo many things the place is quite... discreet and private so that?s nice and also it?s fast.... can?t say fast food. But like a rich people fast food type of style. Read more
I was impressed with this panera bread. It was recently renovated and you have options of ordering through an associate or iPad.... I decided to order though an associate and she was extremely nice. The food was brought to us and it was refreshing food. Read more
They never really have anything especially Not muffins. They sometimes don?t even have bread which is weird because the place is... called ?Panera Bread? lol Read more
