Extremely frustrating and inconvenient they have been randomly closing their dining room due to staffing issues. Does not make... any sense that they would not allow a customer to dine in their space. You?re not gonna order soup and eat it in our car througha drive-through window. It takes forever because we?re not talking about fast food and the line is an extremely long wait foreven one customer to sit through. Read more

I stopped by one night to grab dinner and when i got home i realized my order was all wrong. I called and spoke to this... locations lovely manager, Casey Davis. She apologized and offered to remake the meal another time for me. I stopped in today,met Casey in person and she had my meal taken care of, food was hot, delicious and out in a timely manner. Most of the staff is very nice. I pay $11 per month for their Sip Club. I order a large iced coffee every day. I grab my large... cup, which they hide. If the elderly lady is there, she asks me if I paid for that. After the 10th time of this, I'm finallycomplaining about it. This experience is not unique to me as I've asked around and received the same feedback. I'm thinking ofcanceling. Mediocre iced coffee is not worth $11 a month and constant harassment. Read more

The food is good. I?m not a fan of the delivery people standing over my open bowl of soup and breathing on it before I know my... order is up. They also don?t move out of my way. The staff at the drive thru are super nice, but there?s basically no one at thefront counter and they?re often out of cups. Basically I have a much better experience at the drive thru than inside. And nowwhen I do go in, I order ?to go? so my soup is protected from the delivery peoples breath. I just eat at a table from the bag. Read more

Puny servings. Only HALF of the container was full, but cost freaking $11.50 for my WHOLE large salad. It was not even as... large as a Wendy's salad. The container was large but the people only put in like a handful of lettuce. Plus the cabbagepieces were old with mildew. It was a drive thru surprise that I do not plan on repeating. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with added tomato, bacon, and lettuce. And a side of Mac and cheese and iced tea. I ordered... fast in almost no line. Order took quite awhile. Like 30 min? Seemed like it. But was worth it cause food was delicious. Ididn't know a half baguette and chips also came with it. The sandwich was huge and hot, tender, delicious. The Mac and cheesewas like microwave m&c and ok but flavorless. The chips were good. Iced tea good but in cumbersome cup that spilled easily. Andit was $22.00. So cost more than I expecting but the meal was delicious and plenty for leftovers. I'd go back. I'm gonna bring acoupon next time. :)= Read more

This location is ok for lunch, but horrible for dinner. Part of what I ordered was a half green goddess cobb salad and the below... picture is what I ended up with. It was only half filled up and was missing half the ingredients. For over $8 by itself this isan absolute rip off. I also ordered it curbside. No one ever brought it out to me after I specified my designated parking space.I ended up going inside to get it because no one came outside after sitting there for 10 minutes. There were no cars indrive-thru, no one ordering (or even behind the counter), and my food ended up being on a cart that is typically used forsanitation buckets and dirty dishes. Gross. I had to hunt down my bag because no one behind the window would even acknowledge myexistence. Apparently they were too busy with all of their non-existant customers. There weren't any other to-go orders on thescreen either. I used to work at a different Panera, and this is unacceptable, regardless of any staffing issues. Please getsome new evening management and employees if you want any business after the day shift goes home. I will not be returning tothis location. Read more
