I love me some Panera Bread. Especially since they've added the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT is the delicious ????!! However I... experienced something I had never experienced before.. I ordered my favorite sandwich and it was a disaster. I try to eat it theturkey just felt out of the ???? total disaster. I don't know maybe the preparer was having a bad day? Idk.. Came in around 9 am, and there were no employees present. After about 10 min we found someone. They charged us twice for two... coffees and a bagel, but when we showed them the double charge on our bank account they refused to re-imburse us. They alsocharged us for iced coffee but gave us hot coffees. Will never return Read more
I've had issues here with coffees being out, hot and iced, and hot coffee coming out cold - meaning they've not been changed in... possibly 2 or more hours (I think), and I find the sugars being out or milks room temp; so generally the rotation of suppliesand such in this Cafe could use some improvement. However, it's important to note that the staff here is always very friendlyand helpful. The cashier has helped me resolve issues with orders, or take the time to get supplies out from the back if thefront end is empty. You can tell the manager Sean really cares about the Cafe as it is always very clean, organized andhomey. I look forward to the improvements being made! Read more
As an indecisive family of 3, going with the Family Feast was an obvious choice. You choose 1 of 3 soups, 1 of 2 salads, 4 half... sandwiches (there are about 6 to choose from), and comes with a baguette and 4 chocolate chip cookies! The soup and salad easilyserve 4, and the broccoli cheese soup is always a win! The drive thru is never open and when it is, they are rude. I waited forever for my food the other day for pick up. They gave me... the wrong size iced coffee, so I had to wait 40 minutes for them to make another one ? seriously!? No sorry. Nothing. Againtoday had to wait forever. And again gave me the wrong size iced coffee. These are recent interactions. In the past year I havecome here it is consistently cringe every time I go to this Panera. I directly fault the manager or owner. A business does notget this bad only from the employees. Help fix the system. Help boost the morale of your employees.
