The drive thru is never open and when it is, they are rude. I waited forever for my food the other day for pick up. They gave me... the wrong size iced coffee, so I had to wait 40 minutes for them to make another one ? seriously!? No sorry. Nothing. Againtoday had to wait forever. And again gave me the wrong size iced coffee. These are recent interactions. In the past year I havecome here it is consistently cringe every time I go to this Panera. I directly fault the manager or owner. A business does notget this bad only from the employees. Help fix the system. Help boost the morale of your employees.
