I?m this restaurant?s biggest critic, for the reason it is one of my favorite chain restaurant guilty pleasures and the fact... that it is the only location in Raleigh. The Raleigh Panda and I have exchanged some bad service for some bad reviews in thepast. Every time I come to this location they have a ?limited menu? or have a ?sold out? sign on their entrees and sides. I don?t... understand why every time I come to this location they keep telling me this. I almost feel like they are lying because mind you,I come 2-3 hours before closing.. so why can?t they make more entrees? Also, customer service is horrible here. The line isalways long and when you get to the mic they still have you waiting. They tend to cut me off mid sentence and when they finallylet you start your order, they disappear. So, I ordered teriyaki chicken and mushroom chicken. It looks like theres only 2 small pieces of chicken in there for the... mushroom chicken. Also it was handed to me when the plate was on its side so all the sauce dripped into the bag. Is this thestandard for food amount? Read more
Stopped in there this evening. Line was around the building which I understand. Once I arrived at the window the lady inside... informed me that there was a limited menu selection with only 3 items to choose from, one being rice. It's not hard to put morefood in the fryers. This is the second time is the past week that I have attempted to get food from there. The first time I wentthere the inside was closed and I was told that there was limited menu items because they are short staffed. I won't ever gothere again. I'll ride over to Pei Wei next time. They're open the same hours and they don't run out of food. Read more
I love Panda Express in general but this one location is just terrible. It?s conveniently located so I?ve been a bunch of times... but they are constantly out of the best dishes, have major staffing issues, and frequently take over 30 minutes for the drivethrough line. I really wish there were another Panda nearby. Edit: again today I timed it, 40 minutes in the drive through(lobby was closed due to staffing shortages) and they were out of the first 3 entrees I tried to order ???? when will I learn? Read more
Well, there was fresh Teriyaki chicken coming off the grill, but the tall guy gave me the little that was left, and it was dry. ... I asked for the fresh and he said no. Never had that problem before. Smh Other than that, the food as always, was great. Iused to live at this restaurant ???? but now live in Wilson. The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We got our order to go and the food was still warm by the time... we got home (10 minutes later). I haven't ate Panda Express in years and wasn't sure what to expect. Nothing looked or tastedlike it had been sitting for hrs. Nothing was dried out. Everything was pretty tasty. Read more
This was my first time ever eating at a Panda Express and it was definitely a good first experience. Only problem was the... Dr.Pepper was a bit flat but that could just be a bad batch, other than that. Their Honey shrimp was amazing and definitelyfilling. Will most certainly return to eat here again. Read more
