Walked in at 8:30 and the employees were already cleaning up. I looked up the closing time and it was 9:00. The head manager... came up to me and my friends as well as another group of three who walked in behind us and told me ?we close at 9:00?. Icontinued to say ?9:00 is still 30 minutes away.? She replied with ?well we have already cleaned up and shut the grill off so ifyou order, it?ll have to be to go.? She then storms off to the kitchen, brings out the entire kitchen staff and so we decide toexit in fear of them spitting in our food. Just surprised that they turned away SIX customers because they cleaned up too early.Will not be coming back. Read more

My son and I come here each week for dinner. It's his favorite place to eat. We order ahead of time through the app and it's... ready in 10 minutes. Food is always good and consistent. Great customer service, Angela always has a smile! Read more

Me and my friends went in to pick up some food to go. One of my friends had never been to Noodles before and she was excited... about the pad thai. Both of my friends got the same entree, a regular pad thai for 7.75. When her food was ready, she opened itup to look at it and was disappointed in the portion size and the lack of garnish on the bowl. It looked like it had beenslapped together, the garnish not in the center of the bowl. We thought that maybe they made the portions smaller and thoughtnothing of it. But when my other friend got the same entree, her bowl was significantly heavier and substantial. When looking atthe two bowls side by side, it was clear that one bowl was at least triple the size of the other. One had little to no garnishand the other was identical to the picture on the menu. We asked them to remake it and showed the manager the two side by side,but she was insistent that they were the weighted the same and that there was nothing she could do. She didn?t want to deal withus at all, telling us that she ?promises they?re weighted the same, I wouldn?t lie to you.? But my eyesight and my sense oftouch is 20/20, all three of us could clearly see that one entree had little garnish and filled up a third of the bowl. We couldfeel that one bowl was heavier than the other because we could see that there were less noodles. Honestly it looked like thesmaller bowl was made from the last of a batch, the leftover scraps from the bottom of the old batch was used regardless of the?weight.? While the next bowl was freshly made from freshly cooked stock. I don?t understand how there are inconsistencies inthe portion sizes of the same entrees. And I also don?t understand why the supervisor gave us such a hard time even aftershowing her the disparities in portion sizes. We want the same consistency and quality for each menu item. Good prices, good service, garlic sauce was good on the Rotini Noodles with spinach and shrimp. I would ask for more spinach and... less pasta if I ordered this again but I did enjoy the dish and this restaurant. Read more

Went to the store hoping to get a decent meal, noodles were dry. Almost choked on the dry noodles after not having anything to... drink with my order after PURCHASING IT. Asked the lady at the register if they had a drink machine in the back. She repliedwith a smart remark, before i finished speaking.I again asked for a solution for not having anything to drink with those drynoodles. Unfortunately i didnt recieve anything until after i was finished with my food, in which i was not notified that it hadcome available like the other customers in the restaurant. The rude employee came around to everyones table except mine, shepassed by my table twice and personally told them the machine was fixed. FOR FUTURE REFERENCES GET SOMEONE IN THERE THAT KNOWSHOW TO DEAL WITH "ALL" CUSTOMERS. Then maybe i will enjoy the noodle and company experience better. Read more

As a former Noodles & Co. employee, I love all entrees at noodles. Every one is delicious and a bowl of comfort! However, this... location just can?t seem to get it together. I?ve ordered from the Village District Noodles and Co several times now and every.single. time. there is something wrong with the order. To be honest, I don?t know why I keep coming back because at this point Iexpect something to be wrong or missing when I place my order. My most recent order tonight had two things missing and while Iwas disappointed, I wasn?t surprised. I can?t seem to wrap my head around why the staff here makes so many mistakes consideringthey don?t even have any in-restaurant dining. Their responsibilities couldn?t be simpler. Moving forward, it looks like I willbe going to Moe?s or Cava when wanting a quick meal from the village. Very said for someone who loves their Noodles and Co! Read more

Not the best customer service, you can only really order online, but for some reason I haven't even been able to do that lately... which is sad because I enjoy the food there. If you do get anything there and you love shrimp, get it with shrimp! Their shrimpis pretty big and tastes awesome. I would keep coming here despite the first few things I said. Read more

I ordered my lunch today from the Noodles and Co., Cameron Village, Raleigh location. First, I was thoroughly impressed! My... favorite Japanese Pan Noodles were prepared just the way I enjoy them! They were cooked well, but not overcooked...also, imo,the chicken, pasta, snap peas, and feta cheese were perfectly balanced too, and the dish was so pretty! When I return, I'm goingto let the staff know in person. After everything our local restaurants have been through during the ongoing COVID pandemic, Iwas especially thankful today! :) Read more
