Honestly, terrible experience and I will not be returning. We walked in and the building felt like it was 100 degrees inside. We... were not acknowledged by staff until several minutes later. Every single person working was rude, short, and snippy. I ordered astack and asked that queso (which is included) be put on the side and was then almost charged $5 for a bowl of queso. The foodwas ok. Like other reviews, there was about 6 pieces of chicken. The amount of tortilla chips that was included (for threepeople) was absolutely laughable. Employee was super rude while starting off my husband and I bowl but greeted the next white guest behind us with so much... kindness and such a warm smile. I am truly offended the disrespect and discrimination that I faced today was so hurtful. Witheverything going on in the world I really have to face this type of behavior inside of a Moe?s? Super duper dirty and nasty. They don?t have even soup in their restrooms. Unprofessional employees and very dirty environment.... The sauce were very old and nasty. Most of the food were left over. I never seen a Moes like this. Read more
I'm not trying to be nit picky here but I work in fast food and honestly, they can do better. The food just didn't seem cooked... enough, the sweet tea had barely any sweetness to it and had a very light taste of fish, and I didn't feel the most welcomethere as we try to do where I work.
