Seems to always be very busy. Kind of crowded. Years later I'm visiting the area again. I travel a lot and have been to many... different Moe's locations. They all seemed to have gone down hill. Food not fresh, always out of items, employees notfriendly,etc. But this Moe's seems to have survived. My food was fresh and the staff friendly. Ordered 2 quesadillas: one adult, one child. Was rung up for the price of two adults. The guy didn't ring up my queso, so had to... swipe again. Left the store and only had one child quesadilla. And it was COLD. (How when I just got it???) went BACK to thestore and was offered no apology. Terrible, unfriendly service today. Have never had this issue there but will not be goingback. Read more
We placed an order last evening and when the delivery person delivered our order, there were issues with the order (not the... fault of the restaurant at all). When I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, the manager (and I am sorry I didnot get his name) was kind enough to take care of us, even though it was not their fault. The food was delicious as always, butthe customer service was over and above and this Moe's has definitely earned my business. Thank you! Read more
By far the worst Moe's ever! Me and my coworker just drove 8 hours to get here and we ordered door dash about 25 minutes out.... Once we got to our rooms and got the food it was someone else's order. It had my receipt on the bag with a total different orderinside. I'm guessing that communication and teamwork isn't taught at this location. We couldn't get our orders corrected becausethey closed. This is what happens when you have employees that are in a hurry to go home and don't care about the customer. I've honestly eaten at Moe's around the country, coast to coast, and hands down this is the best. The employees here are always... nice and the food just tastes better. I honestly don't know how they do it, but maybe better workers, better food, bettercustomer service? 100% recommended. My son and I want to say thanks Wake Forest Moe's team! This location is on their "A" game every time I have stopped in! Aaron, the night time manager, runs a smooth shift and he is... always a pleasure to interact with! The quality of the food is always great, great choices and great price! Also, the staff isalways so nice and helpful! Their food is always incredible. Each bite is unequivocally like freefalling into a sublime world of pure deliciousness. For... awhile there, I was going to Chipotle more often, but Moe's has scooped that weekly American southwest grill spot BACK withferocious tenacity! Read more
Over the years I?ve never ever had a bad incident at this location, it?s by far been my favorite Moe?s in the RDU area! UNTILL... recently the staffing behaviors have changed? I casually walked into this location and ordered a stack, while preparing my foodthe employee attempted to add onions onto my food and dropped them on the table, then proceeded to pick it back up off the tableand put it on my food. This is extremely un sanitary and you?d expect for us admitting away from a pandemic employees would trytheir hardest to be as sanitary and clean as possible.
