Holy phenomenal pho! Amy and her team have done a wonderful job curating every part of this restaurant and bar, right down to... the music. Arrived a bit before they opened and was still welcomed at the bar to wait til they were ready for their Monday.Ordered the normal sliced rare beef I always enjoy when I get to have pho. Learned about Amy and her journey to this location ontheir menu while I waited. As the menu perfectly stated ?it takes hours to make and seconds to enjoy.? I could have inhaled itwithin seconds. I?m normally ok with leaving a cup or two of broth behind when I?m done but I had to take it home with me for mydrive back. I wish I didn?t have a 3 hour drive home so I could have stayed for a drink. Read more
Great place to chill, grab a drink and eat. The dumplings were fantastic. But the real specialty is the pho! Not to much anise.... Perfect balance of flavors. Service was spectacular as well, all for Dylan. I never needed for anything. Thank you for thedelicious food. I will be back! Read more
Nice little restaurant with modern decor. It looked very nice on the inside and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered the summer... rolls and the grilled summer rolls. The rolls were good but didn?t contain all the ingredients listed on the menu. None of thespring rolls and summer rolls had basil which I think is a main ingredient for spring rolls. One of my grilled summer hadnoodles and the other one didn?t. We also ordered the combo beef pho and combo vermicelli noodle. The pho was good but it isquite pricey for only steak, beef brisket, and meatballs. Typically restaurants serve combination beef pho with steak, beefbrisket, meatballs, tendon, and tripe. The size of the pho was a little smaller than the average pho I eat at other restaurantsas well. Same with the vermicelli, it was good but the serving size was small considering the price. The sauce for thevermicelli was also not very flavorful. It was a bit bland mixed in with everything else. But, the meat helped to add a lot tothe flavor to the dish. A delightful pho shop in Midtown. Walking in, you're guaranteed the vibrant smells and can almost taste Southeast Asia, with... refinements. The pho was well-balanced. And their grilled pork summer rolls are fantastic. I'm happy to make this place partof my dining out roster. Read more

Love this place! Everything's really fresh and the portions are generous so you definitely won't leave hungry. We tried the... Fresh Summer Rolls and Salt and Pepper Soft Shell Crab for appetizers. This place has become one of our favorites. The service is always good. The food is pretty tasty and always hits the spot. This... last time we ordered the filet mignon plate, crunchy fried rice, and the shrimp pho. The filet mignon was really somethingunexpected. The meat was extremely tender and the flavor was on point. The crunchy fried. Rice was also a pleasant surprisesince I have never tried anything similar. If you are tan or fried rice, you definitely need to try this rice. I have beenpraying other Vietnamese restaurants and never seem this particular plate on the menu. The Shrimp was also delicious. The brothwas very tasty with the add ons. I definitely recommend this place if you are into Vietnamese food. If you never try Vietnamesefood, this place will not disappoint any first timers. Read more
