The worst McDonald around! Everyday it?s something different. I have had 3 cold coffees through drive through. This morning the... headsets didn?t work so I waited until having to drive up to the window. The food is reheated and they are short staffed. Orangejuice is water down. Received wrong order in drive thru tonight. Drove back and went inside. Employee behind counter said man in drive thru would... have to fix it. Drive thru man never came over and first employee finally gave me what I actually ordered. No managementpresence anywhere in sight. I would?ve given 0 stars if that was an option. Received wrong meal after driving hundreds of miles to escape the wrath of... Hurricane Ian, my husband and I decided to stop here because you always know what you will get at McDonalds. Wrong we did notreceive what we ordered, we ordered the 2 Cheeseburger Meal and received a Happy Meal which did not make me happy! Also did notgive sauce for nuggets which makes them taste like cardboard. I would never go here again and I suggest anyone reading thisreview steer clear as well. Read more

During the day time, I?ve had no issues with this store to speak of, but if you plan to go after midnight, you might as well... plan to wait in the drive thru for at least an hour. I?ve been to order food on multiple occasions after midnight, to try toorder dinner for myself, and every time have ended up leaving and going somewhere else because I?ve had to wait over 45 minutesand still did not make it to the drive thru window to order my food. The first time or two, i chocked it up to beingunderstaffed but after having this experience multiple times on multiple occasions, I do not think it is a staffing issue. I?veworked in fast food before and even with only 1-2 people staffed with just the drive thru open, it doesn?t take 25+ minutes toserve one order of ?fast?food. Read more
I ordered on the app. When I got to the window, i gave them the order number given to me after i paid. They stated that their... system said i gave a partial payment. I stated that it wouldn't give an order number if not paid completely. Then i had to showthem my bank account where it was taken out of. They still didn't believe me but the employee said "just give it to him" likethey were doing me a favor. I PAID FOR MY FOOD! SHUT THIS STORE DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Ordered food tonight and what I got was unbelievable. The fries, the burger not even the... chicken nuggets that was suppose to be a ten piece was cooked. You guys will be sued! I called and they said the manager won?tbe there until 6am and that there isn?t a cook but, someone that doesn?t know how to cook is insisting on going on the grillanyway.
