Halfway through our meal there was a roach drinking from a puddle of Fanta that has obviously been sitting there for a while.... Guests were all staring in disgust and none of the restaurant staff seemed to care. The roach then went over to the beveragestation and climbed up underneath the ledge. The staff is nice, and the food is standard for McDonald's, but they're just moving way too slow at the drive-thru window.... Commenting on the slowness of the drive-thru window is the only reason I made a review today. I'm hoping the manager reads thisand decides to help his staff improve their efficiency. Read more
Consistent hours seem to be a problem. Came by on a Sunday morning at 9:45 to get out of my car and find the lobby locked. Next... to a HUGE sign advertising lobby opens at 6am. I get we are in a place of shortage, but maybe a door sign indicating the lobbyis closed. No comment on the food, I kept moving, I needed a place to sit. Read more
This location is consistently lazy. I try not to go there,because everytime I order something from here there is always... something wrong. Either my drink isnt filled all the way, the burger i asked for has ketchup smeared all over the bun, or theyforget things. I get it, mistakes are going to happen , but when its EVERYTIME, there is an issue. This is the first review iveever written so thats saying something, but i mean cmon?. how lazy do you have to be to not fill a drink all the way up? And howinconsiderate do you have to be to serve food that is and looks disgusting.This location needs to find better management,because its obvious the majority doesn?t know what they?re doing or they?re just trying to get through the shift and not careabout the customers orders. 24 hours - this location is always open and I've not seen them close due to staffing or any other reason. On one occasion, they... were only accepting cash but they were very apologetic. Service is fast and staff is kind and professional. Read more
Something is wrong or missing from my order EVERY TIME I stop at this location. They have kids working in there that don't... understand the concept of effective listening and adapting to order changes. You say, "No cheese on a McDouble." They chargeyou for a cheeseburger without cheese. You say, "the bundle please." And they charge you for the nuggets and completely forgetthe fries. It's not hard to follow directions or make adjustments to these everyday items people buy from your store 24 hours aday. But ask for one little change and your whole order is messed up. Read more
