I asked for a large Carmel iced coffee, light ice, the only reason I didn't go back through the drive thru is because I pulled... off of I 95 at the Lumberton NC exit at this particular McDonald's where I normally stop for coffee when traveling. I was backon I 95 North before I realized it was strange up milk and coffee with no hint of Carmel. Today at the McDonald's on Lake BooneTrail in Raleigh NC, the same exact thing happened with my Carmel iced coffee! No more McDonald's, next time I will get what Iorder or I will take time to go in and talk to the manager on duty! So beware in case you're ordering the Carmel iced coffee. Read more
I order smoothies from this restaurant and they NEVER fill the cup to lip that are on the cups they use! I understand if it?s... not to the lord but this is ridiculous! And it?s consistently like this! Whyyy? Read more
McD's used to have the best fries - no more. They taster partially cooked and have no crispiness any longer.
The food is always on point at this store, but i specifically want to give a special shout out to an employee by the name... YOLANDA! She is always waiting to greet with a big smile and has great customer service! Keep up the good work. Read more
I stopped after a long day at the hospital 3hrs north of here was only a couple hours from home, but the line I parked in was so... long, by the time I was only a car behind I was so exhausted I pulled out, which I'm glad I did for there was a line of folkswaiting for there orders to still come out.. I've been here and at the right time it goes pretty smoothly, but at the time Icame thru about 6 or so in the evening I just didn't feel well enough after taking treatments all day.. I happened by a BurgerKing and was able to use my coupons had great service and be done and on my way in a 5 or so minute time frame. Another perk thefood was hot and fresh..a rarity at McDonald's lately..so I'm sure this week after treatments I won't bother but move on toBurger King again.. sorry... but the wait was just a bit more than it should had been.. Friendly staff! Fast service????! Drive thru line moves swiftly ???? This is the best Mickey D?s I?ve ever been to... awesome... management and great employees. Food???? was hot / delicious.
