I am always impressed with this McDonald's customer service! I go through the drive thru often and I can hear a smile coming... through the speaker when I'm ording! I never need to check my bag for everything (straws, napkins, sauses), because nothing isever missing! I want to thank these McDonald's workers for being patient, hard working, and friendly. Friday morning manager is the worst!! She shouldn't be cleaning toilets no less managing a store! She was working the drive thru... window and they gave me the wrong order..After looking she said I hadn't paid, I did pay and gave her my receipt. I had to askher 5 or 6 times why she was just staring at me, how was she going to fix their error! Spent 10 min at the window arguing andfinally had my bag of food thrown at me! I am surprised they have not been ripped off their franchise rights? this place is the absolute bottom tier when it comes to... McDonalds. Whether it?s the 20 minute drive through wait for 6 cars, the ?being closed? after midnight because the lazy workersdon?t want to work, or the consistently wrong orders. I?ve lived within half a mile of this place for a few months, and havetried to give it a second chance at least 10 times. Save your time, save your money. I have been coming here on an almost daily basis since beginning of Summer 2022. I have downloaded the app and I have a link the... card to that app and it is a cash app card. Yesterday I completed a mobile order I used my linked card but I do not have thephysical card physical card along with my ID and my phone were stolen so I have a new phone that has the information in it butthis phone does not tap it does have the card number in it and it and I did have my receipt what I didn't have was my order Inever got my order and I waited and waited and waited and when I asked you said she didn't get it I asked for my money back andshe said she had to talk to her manager so I went back today the manager said I would have to contact the app so I looked at theapp and the help of the app said contact the person if you want to refund so I can put that back to her well then she she wasn'thappy about it but she was going she was going to do it but she wouldn't do it because I didn't have the physical card my phonewouldn't tap even though you can look at the card on the screen and you can see the receipt in my email and she would not doit. She had an attitude and she did not care that I said I would never come back and then I would tell my friends to not goback. I am supremely disappointed this is one of my spots but I won't be treated like garbage in a McDonald's for Pete's sake. Read more

Poor customer service. Poor quality. I understand that it?s late and they are short staffed but there were at least two people... working that would not look at us or answer us. We were not rude or unreasonable. We ordered our food. Got to the window and theorder was wrong. We kindly informed the staff that we were missing a drink and order of fries and that we would pay for itseparately but that we had ordered it originally. Staff member told us to drive back around. We drive back around to the speakerto reorder the missing items. We specifically said ?hey we just drove around and had the fries and sprite? and the same staffmember responded ?sorry we are closed.? This was at 11:24 pm. So between 11:05 and 11:24 they ?closed.? The staff memberspecifically told us to drive back around and then purposefully ignored us. We drove to the window after she informed us theyhad closed and waited another few minutes to ask her about our items. They would not come to the window or look at us. Theywalked past several times. This is inexcusable. This is the worst fast food service we?ve received. We will never return toGlenwood avenue location. They wasted our time and gas. They could have easily told us at the window that they had begunshutting down or weee no longer taking orders but they told us to drive around and then told us they were closed, wasting bothour time and gas. I'm convinced the late night workers just don't want to work. First night I tried going they told me the buy 1 get 1 was a... "deal" and no other combo orders could be made. Second time (tonight) I made an order through the app, pull up and they tell methat they're "delivery only" and that I need to cancel my order. Don't waste your time at this location. Read more

If there was a rating for effort, I would give this 5 stars. They were obviously very shorthanded -- perhaps 2 people serving... dine-in and drive thru customers. The line was pretty long at lunchtime so the wait was long. I appreciate the employees stillattending politely to all. We ordered the fish sandwich because we were feeling nostalgic after reading an article about it.It's not on the menu but they do have it. The sandwich is nothing special -- just a small square fried fish and a slice ofcheese. But we didn't expect it to be any more than that. Read more
