Usually my orders get messed up but this time I paid, and didn't get the food. Was told to pull up, waited for over 20 minutes... (enough time for 3 tool songs) and eventually got handed the wrong order. And then I went inside, asked for what I wanted, andthey still managed to mess it up again. I was checked on 3 times while waiting. More than 10 cars got their orders and leftwhile I waited for the wrong order. Really didn't expect to spend an hour getting something I didn't even order. This is without a doubt the SLOWEST service known to mankind. Constant employee turnover, and the people that are there... obviously would rather be someplace else. If there is any other drive thru lane slower than this? they should shut it down.Currently sitting in line with 6 other cars, the timer is currently on 18 mins & counting. They are nice but they screw my order up every time. My kid wanted to go for lunch the other day. We ordered at the kiosk and... got a number to put at our table. The kiosk said to wait and they'll bring the food to us. We sat at the table without even ourdrinks for at least 20 minutes and so I went to the counter to see what was going on and our food was sitting on the counter. Ithad been there for a while as one customer told me. My food had gone completely cold. I don't mind getting my food at thecounter, but don't tell me to wait at my table and then leave my food on the counter to get cold. When I finally flagged someonedown, I simply asked for fresh fries. They said ok and then I waited another 5 minutes for more fries. But wait! It's not over.The lady proceeded to pull the fries out and right in front of me used all of them for drive thru orders. Then she realized thatI was still standing there and made more. When all was said and done, I waited 40 minutes for some cold burgers. This was thefinal straw for me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when it first opened, but they simply haven't gotten better since theyopened years ago. It's unfortunate because the Wendy's and the Hardee's at this intersection are awful too but I think thisplace is worse. Read more

EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!what is the point of asking what sauce I want, ring it up on the screen so it?s physically seen and proceed... NOT to put it in my bag. Like sorry ur nuggets aren?t good plain. Ordered through the app and picked up in store. When I arrived, the lady confirmed what I wanted on my burger with the one... preparing it (I guess because she didn?t speak English). She sad verbatim : ?so you basically just want pickles, bacon, andcheese correct.? I said yes. She relayed the message to the worker. When I get home I find that there?s STILL ketchup on myburger after she literally asked me what was on it. I hate ketchup, I couldn?t even eat half of my burger. I hate to sound rudeor insensitive, BUT HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH! There?s no reason my order should?ve been wrong after you literally justasked me. Read more
Fast, reliable, with pretty good food. I mean it's McDonald's, so it's not a 5-star restaurant quality food; but when I'm in a... pinch and need something to eat quick, this is one of my regular go-to's. This one is also one of the few locations that's nevermessed up an order. That says quite a bit too. Read more
