I have patronized a few Marco's pizza in the past and to say the least this location is an example of excellence. This is how... all food establishment customer service should be. Theee is one person responsible for my exceptional customer serviceexperience and this is Paul!! He was the only person working at this location when I came in to order. He was doing everythingexcept for delivery (which another guy came in and was doing deliveries). Paul was knowledgeable about the online orderingprocess and boy can he make a pizza,lol. But here is the kicker: when I asked him would he wash his hands(because he was takingmoney and doing everything); he said a resounding "of course". He was professional, courteous, and stayed pleasant after mostrestaurant staff would have gotten offended and made and would have made me feel like it was my fault for asking them to simplywash their hands. I got 2 orders of 15 piece chicken tenders and I entered the flavors I wanted. I had one box half ranch, half buffalo, the other... half buffalo half garlic parmesan. All the chicken tasted the same and there was only hot sauce in both boxes. I was veryconfused, but the chicken was still decent. Not fatty or chewy. Just not what I ordered. Read more
