Usually love coming to lowes to do our food shopping. But lately the customer service has been so rude that it makes me not want... to shop here. The manager or cashier today around 5 pm behind customer service was rushing guests to check out, making snarkycomments such as ?walk any slower? while coming up to the counter. I know it?s hard to find good help these days but maybepeople that are put into a position of leadership should lead by example. While they?re open late, they have a tendency of being understaffed and understocked. The staff they do have is very nice and... helpful most of the time, but it can take time to get help at the checkouts some nights, especially within the hour beforeclose. Their meat department is decent but somewhat expensive (not because of quality - some of the same brands/farms/originsof meat as Walmart) , and their produce is hit-and-miss at late night. The store is nice. Large variety of items you'll need. I like the deli serves hot food for dinner plate. Their generic dairy... products taste really good. What I dislike is items can be hard to find if they're not fronted up such as Frozen foods aislelooked like the aftermath of a cat. 3 hurricane. Also, last week I went there for a package of chopped me and saw how theirmeats were all dark looking and they try to sell spoiled meat. For the prices being high in general I feel it's unacceptable andquite disrespectful to be selling spoiled brown meat to consumers especially not rotated. Read more
