We ordered food for take out for 4 of us to have a small dinner party. The food was ready on time, but when our friends got here... with the food, we realized they had given us 2 of the same dish and forgotten the one that I ordered. And since I'm both glutenfree and vegetarian, I couldn't eat the option they sent 2 of instead. Needless to say, I was very disappointed... and hungry.So I called them and let them know what was going on. The woman who answered told me they would call me back shortly after shespoke with the manager. He called back and offered to either remake the dish or refund it. I asked for it to be remade, becauseI still wanted to eat something. Since we were having friends over for dinner, it was difficult for one of us to leave to goback and pick up the missing food. So he offered to bring it over, along with a dessert, which was not something we had paid forand unexpected. He showed up within 30 minutes and apologized for the discrepancy. The food was hot and absolutely wonderful.I've never had rice pudding before and it was fantastic! Everyone makes mistakes, but finding a restaurant that actually goesabove and beyond to fix it, and has awesome food, is akin to finding a diamond in the rough. My favorite restaurant in Raleigh and the best Indian I have had. Their menu is huge with so many options. The waiters are very... helpful in choosing what is best for what you want - Edwin is great! Came to Raleigh with my husband for a special weekend away and on our last day, we stumbled upon this restaurant! Beautiful... setting and amazing service! Our servers' name was Edwin. Ate here for the first time last night and had such a great experience. Me and my friend ordered two appetizers, which were both... amazing. Edwin was my server, he recommended a dish for my main course that I had never had and told me if I ordered it anddidn’t like it he’d bring me a new dish for free. He was seriously great. My family and I had dinner here for my husband’s birthday. The interior of lime & lemon is clean and has a very modern vibe.... Lots of windows and natural light as well. The menu is quite extensive and has so many options that it was hard to chose. Isettled on the mango lime chicken, which was amazing. My parents each opted for fish curries and my husband had goat, which wasseasoned perfectly. The staff was really friendly and attentive and we received our food and drinks fast. If you want to have an experience and not only eat you should definitely try this place! We had amazing appetizers, main dishes,... and deserts. The staffs were all amazing, happy, and caring.
