I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was looking for a plant based meal. I went to the right place. My salad was delicious!... It?s hard to find a delicious, healthy replace to eat. Come to find out, the owner was the person who greeted me when I walkedin. She even made me a delicious smoothie. We need people like her and more places to eat like Just Salad. Food is good but the online ordering fulfillment is atrocious. They have never had my food ready when promised. I've... purposefully showed up 15-20 minutes late the last several times I've ordered and I still had to wait. Today the food was 35minutes after promised. Plenty of new customers came in, ordered, and got their food before mine was prepared. Don't use theonline ordering, just go in and whatever wait will be less. Read more

It was our first time here. Was some miscommunication and understanding however the lady that made this, she was so kind and so... understanding and helped us on how to order for the next time.
