Jimmy John's used to run adds about being Freaky Fast. This place is Freaky SLOW!!! The staff is always rude. They need some... serious customer service training. I made the mistake of getting a sandwich there today. The outside of the bread was coveredwith jalapenos. Mind you, I didn't have jalapenos on my sandwich. I threw it in the trash. Apparently, they didn't wipe off thecounter or have any pride in what they served. Just don't go here. Read more

I work at DMV on Atlantic avenue and the food was great and the bread was fresh. I really enjoyed my turkey tom.
I ordered a sandwich and with pickles added. When I got home I noticed it only had two pickle slices on it. These are 12?... sandwiches. I feel there should have been at minimum six or more pickles on it. So frustrating! Read more

I've been to this location quite a few times and I have always had pretty decent service. Today when I got back to work with my... order, the Cubano sandwich, it only had 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese and 0 bacon. Really, if you can't make a sandwichproperly, maybe your shouldn't be working there. Read more
