Extremely poor customer service. The employee working when we walked in and ordered acted like we were burdening him by placing... an order, had an attitude with the individual I was with because she wasn't talking loud enough (or ordering fast enough forthat matter), and didn't even make either of the sandwiches correctly. The previous reviews about a male employee with a beardwho yells at customers are 100% correct. Do better. Read more
Ordered food paid quite a bit, got my it delivered and it wasn?t right. Mind you past couple of orders wasn?t right but I let it... slide, anyways called for a remake and it took forever so at that point I just couldn?t eat the food bc I felt like somethingextra was done to it and I didn?t trust it. So i just threw it out and disputed it, I even tipped the driver. But the GM shouldtrain her staff the right way. I will no longer order! Read more
The sandwhiches you get here are noticably smaller than at the Jimmy John's at Brier Creek. Less bang for buck. The big guy... that's there is pretty nice to me, but I've seen him yell at people on the phone. Stressful job, I get it. One time thereseemed to be a lot of flies around the food. I've been coming to this location for about the last year since moving to this area. And the quality of service was excellent... initially. Every time that I would order online it would be ready and greeted to friendly service. Unfortunately, in recentmonths I've noticed the quality and service and timing exceed below my expectations as a paying customer. On today's trip myorder was not ready upon my arrival, something I can normally be forgiving of however they did not appear to be busy.Additionally, there was no friendly greeting by the staff. It seemed like only one out of the three employees were reallyworking hard. The same person who I do commend for their efforts, did eventually greet me and clearly had their hands full.Another customer spilled a drink and this individual was quick to take action. However, the other two employees seem tooblivious of the pressure this other employee was putting themselves in. It's pretty clear to me that there's been some staffchanges and as a result, the quality of service has gone down significantly. I hope that management can communicate clearly withtheir employees on their expectations of service. I almost forgot to mention that the fountain drink system was clearly notassembled correctly and there were only two tops left for cups in a few straws. While these complaints might seem minor orminimal, if that is the case, then why weren't they addressed initially by the staff? Read more
:: GREAT VALUE, BETTER THAN SUBWAY :: They consistently give you more meat, cheeses, and tons of free ingredients. Most other... sub shops charge you extra for ordinary ingredients - Yes I'm talking about you Subway. Also, they consistently have gotten myin-store orders correct. Overall, the flavor of their meats and cheeses is better, you get more of them, plus tons of freeadditional ingredients. Sometimes the music is a bit too loud, which can make it difficult to hear orders with masks on. But thestaff usually seem to be very polite and kind. Read more
Seriously the laziest sandwich I?ve ever seen. Terrible quality! I ordered a club sandwich with extra cucumber and extra onion.... There were literally 2 tiny cucumber slices on the whole thing and no onion. There was 1 ½ small tomato slices and like nolettuce. The sandwich was falling apart and looked like my 3 year old made it. On top of that, the meat is such low quality now.It?s almost slimy. ????Absolutely 0 stars. Would not recommend.
