Believe the reviews people. I placed an order thinking maybe just a few bad days or situations with staff. I called and placed... an order at 3:20pm through the automated system I had the option to give a pick up time which I figured 5pm gave them more thanenough time to make the order. I reached the store 4:58. First I was told maybe my order was at the other locations which I knewI didn't because I starred and saved the location after placing the order so there was no mix up on my end.5pm my order thencomes through to be made. So I had to wait an additional 25-30 minutes for my food to be made. This store or Franchise has along of system issues possibly staff issues and for giving this place the benefit of a doubt still paying near full price ofslightly over $80 for my family pizza night. Horrible customer service. We placed a order and went to pick it up. We get there and they say our order is canceled. The door... says they close at 12am. It?s only 9:45pm!! The guy says he ?has to go.? We?ve already paid and didn?t get a cancellationnotification or anything. Very unprofessional! They called to confirm our order. Worst place ever!!! My pizza was never delivered. I ordered my pizza and the promised delivery time was 7:19pm and it never... showed? I called the store (16) times and no answer. I was put on hold and no one ever answered. Please do not waste your timewith this place. I?m from Raleigh and this place is a JOKE! Read more

Horrible!!! These clowns do not answer the phone?. The franchise would be so impressed about this store?s ability to just... keep putting the phone on hold?. These employees should stop clowning around and just go work at DMV?. Wait, DMV has bettercustomer service. Don?t bother buying anything from these clowns, this store will be closed soon enough! Good pizza if you can get them to actually show up. Ordered delivery, 1.5hrs later and nothing. Called the store and I was told... the driver couldn't find my house (never had this issue before) and just went back to the store without a phone call or anyeffort whatsoever. Asked if it could be sent back out as I live less than a mile away, was told yes, and still nothing. I'mSTILL waiting on a refund 2 weeks later. Next time I'll order from a local place instead of a chain where the employees couldcare less about customer service. Read more

Love jets pizza, unfortunately this is the only location we don't have to drive out of the way for.. placed an on-line order for... a specific time, food was not even started when we went to pick up. The inside of the the resturant was not well kept and dirty.Had to wait 30 more mins to get my food. When I got home, the pizzas were under cooked... if you want deep dish I would pass onthis restaurant and go to little ceasers for 1/3rd of the price. Read more

We ordered pizza online, paid for the order, and arrived on time to pick it up. When we arrived, the employees were arguing with... each other about whether we actually paid or not and said that they were not going to make our pizza until we showed up and paid(which we already did online!!). We asked for a refund, they said none of them knew how to do that, only the manager could andshe was on a delivery. I had to end up calling the store to request the refund. The first manager I spoke to tried to argue withme and the 2nd manager was actually very apologetic and nice. The lack of training the employees have received, along with theirdisregard for other people and their job is the best way to turn business away. I won't return and you should do yourself afavor and avoid this place at all costs. Read more
