**Update*. I called the number left in the reply to this review & spoke to a manager who said she didn?t know what I was talking... about. She also said the only review she saw was from a month ago & that she was sorry she couldn?t help me. I also forgot tomention that before I left the reviews I emailed customer service through My Jersey Mike?s account with all of the informationfrom my receipt and I still haven?t heard anything back from that. Very on brand with why I left the review in the firstplace.** It?s really disappointing to spend almost $10 on a half of sandwich with bread that resembled & taste like what Iimagine stained plywood taste like. I really don?t understand why someone would serve that to a customer. Did you not feel itwhen you grabbed that brick that was supposed to be bread???? When I got home and unwrapped that plywood sandwich I was shocked& disgusted! What was I supposed to do sand it down before I bite into it? How does one find a way to mess up a Turkeysandwich. Oh I know?put the Turkey between old, stale, hard plywood like bread! I wish I could post the video so you can hear meknocking on it but it will only let me put the pic. Read more

Not the norm I must say. Sandwiches are to dry even with Mike way. Never had an issue before no organization with staff. Just... need coaching and practice. Read more

If I could give 0 stars on this location, I would. They are too many people horse-playing instead of doing their job. I placed... an order at 2 to be ready by 215. I arrive and its not even been made, plus it was wrong. They are so unapologetic and they needto get rid of the childish staff. Read more

This location used to be fantastic. Now not so much. This location barely puts any meat on the sandwiches, and they don?t follow... directions very well. It?s all new staff from just a month ago. Atleast the new manager was more friendly than the other one. Read more

Horrible! Chatty employees and they don't want to make sure your order is correct. We placed an online order, received wheat... bread and Swiss cheese that we didn't order . I used to rave about this location BUT no more! Oh, the cookies are burnt too! Iwill find a new location. The franchise needs to investigate this locations hospitality and products being sold. Food is good Jersey Mikes food and made well. My focus is the dumpster right by the store. The photo is from my seat inside is... disgusting to see. Today I was going to eat in the shade in my car opposite the store from the dumpster. The stench of foodrotting on the ground around the dumpster made me leave for fresh air. Read more

This jersey mikes location used to be awesome. They used to have a full staff that was so friendly and happy to be there. And... they always did their jobs so well. In the last several months it seems as if they have gotten an entirely new staff. Now, theycan?t ever seem to get an order correct (even as you?re saying it right in front of them). They are far too concerned with theconversations they are having amongst themselves to pay any attention to you, and seem so bothered by having to help anyone.Each time I have gone, I have had a bad experience. So yummy! The team at Jersey Mike's on Falls of Neuse filled my online order perfectly! The sub I ordered tasted awesome today,... and they even read my note to add a cup of vinegar (which at other locations seems to be forgotten). Great job! Read more
