We ordered online to redeem the birthday sub. They only have one option for non-meat eaters which is the veggie sandwich. This... sandwich doesn't come with a lot of options as far as the toppings go (veggies) so it was pretty basic. Overall, it was still agreat sub and tasted wonderful. We ordered it with bell peppers and it didn't come with them on the sub but that's ok. It wascheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and oil/vinegar. The sub was ready when we arrived. They do not have an area to just pick up andgo - you have to go to the counter and they keep it behind the counter. Not a big deal but wanted others to know the pickupprocess for online orders. The food is consistently good and the lady they have working there on weekday afternoons is very nice
Don't get me wrong I love this place but they had strings in the food, not hair, I don't know what it was but I couldn't finish... my food. It was just so much strings in one Bute I just threw it out. I can't call them now, it's the one on Old Raleighvillage, harris teeter complex so if yall are there watch out! Read more
I have literally only been to this particular jersey Mike's twice. Been to other locations and they were great this THIS ONW IS... NOT. First time I went me and my boyfriend ordered some sandwiches and were waiting and BOTH OF US watched a reach crawl acrosssandwiches that were laid out including purse the guy saw it a few conds later and he tried to get it off but the damage wasdone. So we left. Second, and probably last, time I went alone to grab me and my boyfriend some sandwiches on my way home. I'mnot sure if all 3 of the workers were high schoolers or something but every single one of them was rude as hell. Took 25 minutesto get 2 sandwiches and the girl got visibly mad at me when I asked to add a drink to my order as well. One of subways rivals i guess. Its a little different but some more visits will have 2 take place 2 get usd 2 the new types of... sandwiches sold here. 1st time ther 4 lunch at this resturant. Had great service in an out. A smooth oiled machine runnin. Theturkey meat was gettin sliced rite in front of u a first for a fast food resturant 4 the order before me. I got a regular sizdtuna. Will say limited choice of toppings to put on besides the general lettuce , tomatoe or any sauces. Its located in olderaleigh village. Other bad thing is parking if you go during peak time like lunch time parking is real bad. But besides thatwill prob come bac some time. Read more

walked in at 3pm on Sept 14th and the girl said ?are you ordering? as soon as i walked in. i said yes and she said ?i have to go... to the bathroom? and left for 5 minutes. another employee came in and nodded and didn?t say anything or take my order either?that?s not how costumer service works. train your employees.
