Got food poisoning from this place today. Ordered #7 provolone and Turkey sub on wheat. Fml
I spend right around $500 a month here but will no longer patronize them. The owner continues to cut corners and use deceptive... practices to cover up penny pinching. It started out with no lemons for tea then progressed to no cucumbers for sandwiches. Fromthere it progressed to eliminating the staple of black pepper. (That's right. Pepper.) Now I get a sandwich and there is notonly no spicy mustard but I am told regular mustard is getting eliminated too! In addition the owner is instructing employees totell customers it's because of supply chain issues. If I get in my car right now I can drive to numerous retail stores withcopious amounts of black pepper and varieties of mustards. What's going on here? It's no longer representing a good value andyou should not lie to customers or put your employees (your great assets and the only thing keeping you in business, ie it's notscrimping on things........) into awkward or compromising positions with their integrity and reputations at stake. What kind ofexample is that for many of them who are probably getting their first taste of running a business and/or having a job workingwith the public? I will take my $500 a month elsewhere and you can cut back on something else like maybe adding sawdust to thebread now or something like that...... Good luck with your business. Read more
Server comes out and asks for my order and I ask for a Reg#7. He pulls my bread out of a white container and lays on the... countertop next to a dish cloth laying on the counter!!! He proceeds to cut the meat for the sandwich while the top portion ofmy bread is touching the dirty dish cloth!!!! ???? Threw the sandwich away! Read more
I usually have had a good experience at this restaurant, but today my experience made me question if I?d like to return. I... arrived around 30 mins before close and they had no more white bread which is fine but the attitude the grill man gave is notfine. While I ordered 2 grilled sandwiches, the grill man was angry and threatening to walk out right in front of me. Iunderstand wanting to close but you need to be more respectful of your customers. When you pre order online, give them an extra 5-10 mins after your pickup time during busy lunch hours or you'll be waiting for... your sandwich/s. Read more

This is the second location that I have been to that does not clean the station after making sandwiches. They did not have... anyone else in when I arrived, so they cannot say that they were too busy. This is not okay and just unsanitary to say theleast. Read more
Reporting this location to the Health Inspector. People, you should not eat here at the moment due to unclean conditions at this... specific location. Multiple people have gotten sick. Very unclean and unprofessional work-space. Cash register area isabsolutely filthy with left-over food around it. Needs to be INSPECTED as soon as possible by the NC Health Department. Read more
