If this location wasn't near a college campus, it would be laughed out of the business. 1. Reaching the store is impossible as... the listed number directs you immediately to voicemail. 2. The employees fulfilling the orders cannot read the "SpecialInstructions" field, prompted by the app which is also pushed by the company. 3. Per Number 2, the orders tend to be incorrect,and per Number 1, there is no way to contact the store to "highlight" your requests in the Special Instructions field. 4. If youorder from the app or website, do everything you can to avoid this location. 5. It's clear management are not concerned with thesatisfaction of their customers. 6. This clearly is a shock to the ownership, but having a non-functional phone number coupledwith employees who do not pay attention to the specific requests of the customers is appalling. I reiterate that anyone orderingfrom Jersey Mike's should avoid this location if at all possible. JM makes great subs, and as long as you do not ask foranything "special," which gets completely ignored at this location, you are in for a treat. Do not reward the complete absenceof ownership, accountability, or direction just because this store has a nice location. First check the quality of the actual meat that they?re making sandwich off in the picture. Guys at the counter are completely... ignorant of customers. There were three guys at the counter. While the other two were busy preparing the sandwiches, the thirdguy was just standing at the register and doing nothing. I was standing next to the counter waiting to place my order or atleast to get their attention. After 7 minutes I gave up and left. What a tacky customer service! Read more

Always a great place to stop and get a salad or a sub. They always have the best food and double points on Saturdays!! The... people are really nice and very helpful. The restaurant is right on Hillsborough though and not like GPS suggests. GPS puts youin the fenced parking lot next door. Read more
