Get what you get with Jersey Mike's, food is usually good, here what was barely average. Staff was horrendous, rude, slow and... too occupied maintaining their own conversations than to talk to customers or out napkins out since not one single tables napkinholder was filled. Read more
I eat here at least once/twice a week. The manager is always so nice he has a pleasant attitude everytime I come. I came today... for lunch it was so crowded but when you know you will get good service and good food you don?t mind waiting. To me he is anexample of what excellent customer service looks like even when there is a crowd of customers. Read more

Amazing sandwiches! But I wonder if their staff changed recently because they?re usually really good but this time they were... dry. The minimal amount of mayo and ?the juice.? Tried to call ahead a few times at 8:30pm and nobody answered. Once I got there at 8:40, the open signs were off and trash bags... at the door. The team leader tells me the grill is off and there is no more bread. ( I can see bread on the racks btw). He saysthe real reason is because they close at 9pm and some staff can?t drive after 9pm. I told him I tried to call ahead. He said hehad no idea where the phone was and only had been there since 3pm?! I just left. On the way out a car pulls up and I tell themwhat was going on, so they just left also. As a customer, the experience was disappointing because the food is great but toclose 30mins early and turn away several customers is bad business. Read more
