Does anyone in charge pay attention to these reviews? I went to this store 1st time since moving to NC.last week. How... disappointing. Not clean & neat. Went to establishment today because the one on Stadium Drive had ran out of bread again. Ordered a #17(steak philly). The... worst Philly I have taste in awhile. It was cold with I lie to you not. maybe one onion and no green peppers. Will never goback. Read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ordered via mobile app and took 30 minutes to have them fulfill my order! Watched 6 families come to... store and get their orders placed and made AFTER I arrived for pick-up!! The staff just let the app orders pile up rather thanputting them in queue so that they are addressed in order relative to people coming into store. The owner/manager of this storeneeds to have a word with their employees and let them know that's NOT how it's done! Despite raising to the cashier and seniorpersona on site it made no difference ... all they could say was "we have a lot of people coming in". Again ... ZEROunderstanding of how to process mobile app orders!!! WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN!!! STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO PLACEMOBILE ORDERS WITH THIS STORE!!! Read more

I use to work here many years ago. Place has changed. Staff doesn?t care about the customers. Store is ran by high schoolers.... Every time I get food from there it is wrong. A change in management really sent this place in the wrong direction. Would itrecommend anyone to pay the prices this place charges. Read more

This place used to be the best jersey mikes. Now that a bunch of kids are running it, it has gone down hill and fast. The past... two times we have gone there they have been out of some kind of toppings. Not out but to lazy to cut more up. Tonight they whereout of onion and bacon. They claimed they where under staff but someone was sitting on their phone while someone in the back wasdoing nothing. Then another guy came from the back and said if we wanted to wait he will make some bacon. Just turning into aterrible low quality I don?t care attitude from staff. Read more
