I haven't ordered/eaten from this Jersey Mike's in over 12 months. Recently, stopped in for 1 steak & cheese wrap and 1 chicken... cheese wrap to go. The wraps were not marked, meat was dry, cheese non-existent and both shaped almost like a softball. ThinkI'll make my own next time. Read more
Last week I went here and the team turned out to be local superheroes. As I was eating, Riley noticed that my car had a flat... tire. She quickly grabbed her portable air pump and tried to inflate my tire. She also went to grab soapy water to identifywhere the leak was on the tire. Another crew member named Efrem also helped . He gave me his keys to grab his roadsideemergency kit in the trunk of his car. Another crew member also came out and offered to help me replace my flat with the sparetire. Overall, I was very amazed at how kind and helpful this team at Jersey Mikes was. Thanks again guys! And the food wasgreat as well! Whomever is the lead at this location is outstanding(8/3 6pm). He is the taller outgoing man who I interacted with initially.... This location is efficient, attentive and most importantly...the bread is fresh! Quality forward facing food service reps arehard to come by nowadays. I went there on Saturday for a big kahuna , got my sandwich drove home , ( 3 blocks away) took it out to eat it and bread fell... apart, there was barely any cheese onions jalapeños or anything just dry meat and broken bread! Worst sandwich yet! Tried toeat with fork but just ended up giving to dogs! I usually get great sandwiches there but not this time!!! Read more
We went to Jersey Mike?s at 4:30 in the afternoon. I watched the team member place the signs on the door stating they were not... making hot subs because they were understaffed. We went in and there were zero customers in the store. I asked the gentlemanup front making the subs if they really couldn?t make a hot sub (since they just put the sign up and there wasn?t any othercustomers in the store). He said they couldn?t. I find this extremely lazy?especially when they aren?t busy at all. It lookslike I?ll be going elsewhere to get my subs in the future. Read more
I am very upset that my cheesesteak really was bad. I decided to go here for my birthday for a quick bite to eat. Meat was over... cooked to much cheese not melted enough asked for fried onions not enough of those. The bread was not fresh seems as if it wassitting out all day. Last but not least wasn't enough steak on the sandwich it was just bad period. Read more
Multiple terrible experiences in a row. I always give places a second chance after a bad experience, but several times over the... last month, my sandwiches have been made poorly, bread is stale, there have been long wait times, and just poor overall quality.Even though this Jersey Mikes is closest to my home, I will not return.
