Got food poisoning, spent a few days feeling sick after eating here. It seemed like they had poor control over how long ago the... pre-made stuff. Did notice that some tasisiki sauce had a prep date of over a week when I was served, they need to do a lotbetter about cold chain & ingredient rotation. Read more

10/20/22-Writing this review in front of the store First, I walk into no greeting whatsoever. They just opened. There were 3... individuals- an older gentleman, a mid age prep and a Dominican woman(possible manager mention in earlier review). The oldergentleman was ok out of all of them. The prep aggressively took my plate, with itty bitty lettuce, and 1(ONE) tomato slice. Ihad to ask for more tomato and lettuce. One scoop of meat and this same prep sliced the pita and placed it on my plate.I had toask for that to be warmed up. The Dominican woman smirking throughout the entire interaction with me and this prep. Trying tocharge me for items I didn't ask for. CHECK those receipts & bank statements. Avoid this place or until new management take over Read more

Had the worst experience in Raleigh location today will never go back! I understand staff turnover but to put new glove and... scratch her head then touch food. Also she picks food that drops on the counter and put it in my plate too?when I asked for hotsauce ON MY SAMDWICH she replied extra charge !!!! When I asked what would it be she replied $1.50 Couldn?t believe what Iheard. I used to go to Jasemin in Cary almost every day either by myself or with family or friends. Always happy to bring peoplevisiting from other states?.however todays experience made think ?.quality food and service are definitely not like before. Willnot recommend Read more

So today I drove to 2 different locations because one was closed and I didn?t know until arrival. I get to the second location... on six forks rd and I ask if they know why the other location was closed they said due to short staff. I tried something newtoday the jasmin platter so wasn?t sure what it all came with. The young lady rang me up and mentioned how ready she was to go Ididn?t get asked about sauce or anything. After she left I noticed I needed some kind of sauce I go back up to the register andask Saige and she told me it was an additional charge I proceed to get the money. Once I set back down to eat I read the signand my meal came with sauce. I then asked her about the sign and she said assumed that I had one already and attempted to giveme another. Didn?t solve the issue at all a refund would?ve sufficed. As a repeated customer it was very unprofessional to noteven ask if I had received a sauce prior especially after driving to two different locations. All together next time I?ll justskip out on my craving! Read more

I normally love this place; however, as of late has gone down. Meat portions are smaller and gyro meat was raw, seen in picture.

First timer: Really didn?t know the in?s and out?s of the menu. The young man?s customer service was terrible when ask to put... the platter together like a gyro he responded to my husband ?you can do it.. I?m not going to?. Poor customer service howeverthe food was great! Young people should be trained /screen prior to working in food service. It?s not always better not toslaughter a customer for their money one time than have a returning customer over and over again. Read more

This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants! Today I placed an online order and when I got there early they made it... right away for me! I forgot to add a fountain drink to my order and they were kind enough to give it to me anyways! I can?trecommend the spicy chicken panini & spicy hummus enough! Read more

Super friendly service and the lady who prepares the meals is an artist. The way she made and folded the paninis looked like she... is wrapping a gift. I ordered the Lebanese Platter and it was beautiful and looked delicious. I enjoyed watching her create eachmeal. I really like the Lebanese Platter but the chicken was dry and the falafel is interesting. I might try their chickenkabobs if I'm hungry in the morning when I head home. They have 4 different types of baklava. I got the cashew one... Oh mygoodness! It's flaky, honey sweet and so yummy! I need to pick up some to take home. Read more
