I eat here 3 or 4 times a week and always get hibachi salmon w/ white rice and zucchini not cooked in soy sauce. I spend about... $120 a week for myself and my coworker. Today I mixed in the white sauce to my food and only realized it was spoiled aftertaking my first bite of my food. It was mixed into the rice and vegetables and made it taste very sour. I called to let themknow and they asked me to bring it back. I was not able to do so because I could no longer leave the office. They said theywould take my number and give me a discount for the next time. which a discount didn't seem right to me considering I paid $30for me and my coworker to eat and were not able to do so because of the spoiled white sauce that was mixed into my food. Thereare so many other better hibachi places than this one. 100 percent can no longer recommend this place to anyone. This place abit over priced for the low quality customer service they offer. I made a big order for my employees and if I had known that how they do the sauces I would never. They are too stingy with the... sauces here. They give you a little packet of the sauces you pick instead of putting it on the food. The portions are generousso you would generally need a bit more sauce to cover your food. If you want to eat dry food then this is the place for youotherwise I highly suggest you go somewhere else. I did go back and get a ginger sauce they forgotten but they in no way shapeor form tried to make the experience better. Read more
If you go at night check your food they actually count the shrimp they put in your plate and if you order extra veggies good... chance you gonna not have any at all. I gave them 3 stars cause if I go in the daytime my food is accurate Read more
I ordered the udon noodles with chicken, was not expecting soup that did not have any flavor as well as noodles that were way... over cooked. Had an order of crab Rangoons and these were awful. Never had crab Rangoons that looked or tasted like these. I atethe chicken off the noodles and the rest was thrown away. Definitely not edible. A can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup wouldhave tasted better! Read more
Food was very bland. Some of the worst crab Rangoon I've ever had. The tempura was greasy and not proper tempura batter. No... dipping sauce came with. Udon noodles were overcooked and the broth had no flavor. The white sauce came in bags and wasn't good.Go anywhere else. Read more
Yum! I just discovered that this is the same restaurant as the Hibachi Japan in Wake Forest. I am thrilled!! I love this place.... The Hibachi Chicken with white sauce is amazing. I always get the lunch special. The prices have gone up but what hasn't thesedays? Read more
The food had no taste. The steak was tough and the white sauce is watery. Sushi isn't good either.
